2. The approach is qualitative and inherently subjective
3. That is not leaving no stone unturned.
Inquiry then concludes... safe and effective.
"‘Acceptably safe’ means that, based on the assessment of the MHRA, the benefits...are considered to outweigh any risks associated with that product, ****at population level****."

Depressing to see the lies put out by the Official COVID Inquiry today about the unsafe, ineffective and unnecessary vaccines.
When in 2023 BBC Verify claimed there was a UK Conspiracy Movement spreading mis- and dis-information about COVID and the vaccines, I did a deep dive into the data, the science and the evidence, and wrote half a dozen long threads demonstrating that it was in fact the authorities who were spreading lies and propaganda the whole time.
Most people who followed me two or three years ago have probably read these but it might be of interest to others:
Baroness Hallett is still claiming the vaccines saved 450,000 lives in England alone.
That is MORE than Ferguson claimed were at risk (500k was whole UK).
Does she think no one died?
Has no one told her that the waves of virus never changed over time?

The Covid Inquiry Module 4 report on the Vaccine roll-out was released an hour ago. I've only had a chance to have a quick skim so far, but I'm astounded by the fact that in its 270+ pages there appears not to be a single mention of the need for, or lack of, informed consent.
This, in the context of a vaccine roll that in one way or another impacted close to every individual in the UK and which - as so many of us saw and experienced first hand - manifestly breached this foundational principle of medical ethics.
It would be one thing had the Inquiry raised the issue of informed consent to consider and then counter it, but to fail to raise at all what was witnessed and lived by millions reeks of the most astonishing moral cowardice, not to mention an abject dereliction of duty.
