Iran had one of the best public health systems anywhere, run by dedicated people despite an abusive government and external sanctions.
Wrecking this, built by ordinary, dedicated Iranians is not an act of courage, or in any way related to some moral high-ground. Quite the opposite.
Decent people do not specifically seek to wreck the lives of others who are also seeking good, or destroy what protects their children. When it happens, such as in war, they don’t boast about it. That takes s different sort of person.
All that is required for evil to persist is for good men not to act.
