Sahne mit Sahnesteif steif schlagen und unter die Mascarpone-Masse heben.
Zerkleinerte Raffaello (und ggf. geschmolzene weiße Schokolade) unterheben.
Gut kühlen.
Extra-Tipp für maximale Festigkeit:
Alles gut gekühlt verarbeiten.
Bei warmem Wetter oder langer Lagerung: 4–6 Blatt Gelatine einweichen, auflösen und langsam unter die fertige Creme rühren.
Torte immer erst nach ausreichender Kühlzeit schneiden.
