Neujahrsmorgen am #Mekong in #Thailand: Ein Schiff zieht langsam vorbei, nichts drängt, nichts schreit. Die Welt wirkt geordnet, nicht weil sie perfekt ist, sondern weil sie für einen Moment in sich ruht. Aus der Ferne denkt man an Orte, an denen das Jahr mit Lärm, Angst, Wut und Unsicherheit beginnt, an denen Vertrauen brüchig geworden ist und Zuversicht knapp. Der Gegensatz könnte kaum größer sein. Vielleicht erinnert uns diese stille Szene daran, dass Frieden nicht aus Geschwindigkeit, sondern aus Maß, Respekt und der Fähigkeit zuzuhören entsteht. Für das neue Jahr wünsche ich mir Gelassenheit statt Erregung, Vernunft statt Lautstärke und den Mut, verloren gegangenen Dinge wieder aufzubauen. 🙏
