Und das habe ich -wie alle anderen auch- die folgenden 5 Jahre sehr intensiv kennengelernt, was das genau bedeutet.
COVID ist aber nur die Spitze des Eisberges!
Ein paar Monate später wurden wir verklagt, weil wir öffentlich gesagt haben, dass Kältetherapie Menschen mit chronischen Schmerzen helfen kann.
Verklagt von einem Juristenverband der eigentlich nur eine juristische Firewall für die (Krankenhaus)industrie ist.
5-stellige juristische Kosten. Wir hatten einen Stapel an Evidenz, dass wir inhaltlich recht haben. Es hat keine Rolle gespielt.
Juristen regieren die Medizin. Und diese Juristen gehören der Industrie.
Juristen und Bürokraten kassieren das Geld ab.
Das Gesundheitssystem ist TEURER und gleichzeitig SCHLECHTER geworden. Das Geld ist nicht beim Patienten gelandet. Nicht bei besserer Technologie. Nicht bei Pflegerinnen und Pflegern. Nein. Dieses Geld landet bei Bürokraten und Juristen und diese machen die Medizin immer schlechter.
Und diese juristischen Geißeln bewegen jeden Tag jeden Arzt in Deutschland! Jeder Arzt weiss wovon ich spreche. Ärzte wissen ganz genau, dass es bessere Entscheidungen gibt, aber sie trauen sich nicht sie zu treffen, weil sie Angst vor den Klagen haben, obwohl sie inhaltlich recht haben.
Ich habe richtig fett Bock diesen Sumpf auszutrocknen und die Medizin wieder zu dem zu machen warum wir Ärzte die Medizin initial betreten haben -> mehr GESUNDHEIT.
Und es gibt einen klaren Pfad wie das geht!
Wir können dabei viel von der Luftfahrtindustrie lernen. Die haben in den 1970ern die gleichen Probleme gehabt wie die Medizin heute. Und sie haben juristisch aufgeräumt und damit die Unfallquote deutlich reduziert.
