Ich bin Arbeitgeber. Dipl.-Ing. E-Technik, seit 30 Jahren selbständig. Wir kämpfen hier auch mit wachsender Bürokratie, mit irrwitzigen Abgaben, und man steht praktisch ständig mit einem Bein vor dem Staatsanwalt, wegen absoluter Nichtigkeiten. Ein totaler Wahnsinn! Ich habe sowas noch nicht erlebt. Und es wird ständig schlimmer. Jeden Tag wird draufgesattelt. Mitarbeiter + Familien durchleben Ängste. Zum Glück brauche ich keine Banken.
Stichworte: Lieferkettensorgfaltspflichtengesetz, Elektro- und Elektronikgesetz, usw... Die sind doch alle wahnsinnig geworden. Lest euch diese Gesetze mal durch und überlegt, was das konkret alles für den Produzenten bedeutet. Wir werden von Wahnsinnigen regiert. In Berlin und in Brüssel. Die Chinesen lachen uns aus!
Und dazu Steuern, Steuern, Steuern und Abgaben. Alles wird jetzt nochmal mehr ab nächstes Jahr, weil diese Idioten jeden ins Land lassen, gleichzeitig aus ideologischen Gründen die Wirtschaft abwürgen und die Kosten zudem vollkommen aus dem Ruder laufen. Beschäftigte und Arbeitgeber bezahlen den ganzen Irrsinn, aber irgendwann ist einfach mal Ende Gelände.
Geschäfte kann man in Deutschland noch machen, aber es wird einem unheimlich schwer gemacht als Produzent. Das müsste alles nicht sein und wir könnten daher viele Ressourcen besser nutzen. Stattdessen muss ich mich um die Ausbildung von Brandschutzbeauftragen kümmern, um Rettungssanitäter in den eigenen Reihen, CO2-Bilanzen erstellen, Nachhaltigkeitskonzepte für jedes einzelne Gerät, für jede Neuentwicklung vorweisen, mich um den Nachweis kümmern, dass der Mikroprozessor in dem elektrischen Gerät nicht mit Kinderarbeit hergestellt wurde, usw... usw.... Was für Schwachköpfe denken sich sowas eigentlich aus?
Wir brauchen wieder die Luft zum Atmen. Der Staat soll für Rahmenbedingungen sorgen, die uns die Produktion von Gütern mit maximalem Wirkungsgrad ermöglichen. Dann läuft's auch wieder im Land und dann werden Ressourcen frei für Investitionen, für Vorsorge, fortschrittlichere Produkte.
Ich als kleiner KMU-Kämpfer bin selbstverständlich bereit, etwas zu tun für eine florierende Wirtschaft. Meine KMU-Kollegen hunderprozentig auch. Aber so wie jetzt läuft das nicht.
Also, verdammt, nehmt uns die Fesseln ab. Alles muss auf den Prüfstand, jedes Gesetz, jede Verordnung und das Steuer- und Abgabenrecht.
Eine Entrümpelung, wie sie das Land noch nicht gesehen hat, das brauchen wir. Und der Staat soll sich einfach raushalten.

You can still do business in Germany, but it is made incredibly difficult as a producer. This doesn't have to be the case and we could therefore make better use of many resources. Instead, I have to take care of the training of fire protection officers, paramedics in my own ranks, create CO2 balance sheets, present sustainability concepts for every single device, for every new development, take care of proof that the microprocessor in the electrical device was not manufactured with child labor, etc... etc... What kind of idiots actually come up with something like that?
We need the air to breathe again. The state should ensure framework conditions that enable us to produce goods with maximum efficiency. Then things will get going again in the country and resources will be freed up for investments, for precautions and more advanced products.
As a small SME fighter, I am of course prepared to do something for a flourishing economy. One hundred percent of my SME colleagues do too. But things don't work the way they do now.
So, damn it, take the shackles off us. Everything has to be put to the test, every law, every regulation and the tax and duty law.
We need a clearing out like the country has never seen before. And the state should just stay out of it.
