Doch die Richter am Landgericht Chemnitz haben den Antrag nach mündlicher Anhörung abgelehnt.
Im Klartext: Bianca Witzschel bleibt für das angebliche Fälschen von Impfunfähigkeitsbescheinigungen und Maskenbefreiungsattesten weiter im Kerker. Mindestens bis Juli 2026, wenn die nächste Möglichkeit besteht, einen weiteren Antrag auf vorzeitige Haftentlassung, dann nach Zweidritteln der verbüßten Zeit, zu stellen.
