Insulin resistance is absolutely everywhere. America has never seen so many people get sick before, especially young people. The overwhelming chances are that you or someone you know has this condition. We are living in unprecedented times. Insulin resistance is basically linked to every chronic condition— including diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, autoimmune disease, and even cancer. If it was up to me, every single doctor of every specialty would be razor focused on raising awareness of insulin resistance and encouraging better lifestyle habits (yes, this can be done. It worked with smoking cessation). No drug or injection is going to fix this. If we want the country to really have a future, we must be focused on reversing instant resistance. Here’s my latest video on the topic: https://youtu.be/neYT70gMKKQ?si=XoHMFpTuaa16V8KG

I am quite an on the go person, but it can be awesome to have a day where you are completely snowed in. No places to go, roads not plowed, everywhere is shut, Wi-Fi down. Strangely liberating. Who else is with me on this?

Receiving messages like this on a regular basis, makes everything I do worth it 👇🏽 Every person that I can keep away from a lifetime of ill health, medications, and getting sucked into the medical-industrial complex— means the world to me. My goal is to reach 10 million people at least, who can benefit from natural fat loss and insulin resistance reversal. For the record, I don’t think that what I teach is particularly novel or genius. It’s simple, common sense, in a world where the default is to be pushed down a path of bad health. I hope that people who watch my content can understand the enormous benefits of taking positive lifestyle changes. A big focus of my work is not just another “diet” or “workout plan”— but also working on the number one thing that will win in the end: A comprehensive mindset shift. Because a health transformation is about becoming a whole new person in so many ways. One that you will never look back from. The old you will be left behind. That’s why M for Mindset is one of the 5 core pillars of my MetThrive program. Diets fail. Unrealistic exercise plans fail. But understanding yourself, why you self sabotage, and the enormous physical and mental health benefits a natural health transformation— NOTHING beats that. I wish the below person the best. Well done 🙌🏽

Am I the only person in the world who hasn’t seen a single episode of Game of Thrones?

I am absolutely shocked by what an average American eats in a day. And the size of the portions too. Then I go online, and people are acting like the health catastrophe we face is some type of mystery. It’s not rocket science folks. Hippocrates knew it 2500 years ago. You are what you eat.

Watching society trying to medicate itself out of poor lifestyle habits (GLP-1s) is like watching a slow moving train crash

Strong bones require more than just calcium. Mineral balance, proper absorption, movement, and consistency all play a role in maintaining bone strength as we age. http://www.ojaiswellness.com #BoneHealth #SkeletalSupport #HealthyAging #StrongBones #OjaisWellness

Blindness is the #2 reason for Ozempic law suits. Number one is stomach paralysis. Big Pharma reliably delivering only the best horror movie plot twists.

2003 might be the worst year to be born. 2008 - parents lose the house 2013 - too young for bitcoin 2020 - senior year on Zoom 2021 - college in lockdown 2025 - graduate into a frozen job market actually cursed

Focus on what you can control. Build something, anything. A product, yourself, a family, your community, a team, a company or organization, relationships. Or help someone else do it. Don't complain or be a victim, ever. #PlayNiceButWin

I genuinely think that smart appliances are the dumbest things ever. Needlessly complicated and more unreliable. Give me a good old-fashioned dishwasher, fridge, washer/dryer any day

I am convinced that when it comes to health and well-being, change is going to come from the bottom up. It’s not going to come from doctors. If you want a good place to start a culture change— whenever your physician is about to prescribe a drug please always ask them: “What is the plan to get me OFF this medication?”

Genuine bit of advice: If you have a close relative over the age of 75 in the hospital, and you love them, always call the next morning after admission and DOUBLE CHECK with the nurse that they have the correct home medications on the chart. You would be surprised how often the record is completely wrong

Go to any town in America and walk into a standard restaurant this weekend. You will see significantly overweight children. An absolute health tragedy. But you will also see their parents buying them super sized meals with plenty of sugary desserts and sodas. Our country needs to be honest with itself about the causes of this catastrophe— now afflicting millions of kids under 12 years old. If you look in the wellness space online, overwhelmingly the blame for childhood poor health seems to be on the “bad processed food”. That’s only telling a tiny part of this tragic story. We have to stop blaming the food. And accept that we have a completely broken culture. If parents don’t value health, children do not have a chance. This is truly unprecedented, and it’s got exponentially worse over the last 10 years. If we think the situation is bad now with poor health in young people— just give it another 10 years when all these overweight children are in there 20s with chronic disease diseases that previously only used to happen in people’s 60s and 70s. A true national emergency. I hope the people at the top can see what’s really going on rather than think the solution lies with “working with food corporations” or “changing the type of oil the food is cooked in”

R to @DrSuneelDhand: The reason why GLP-1 medicines “work” so amazingly well (even though in my opinion, they are trash)— is that they simply force people into a calorie deficit. But far, far, far better and healthier to do that naturally if you can
@DrSuneelDhand 21.02 01:23
98% of everything you see when it comes to diet/health/well-being advice— is just mental gymnastics around getting into a calorie deficit. Literally 1 million ways to be healthy, but the # 1 way to destroy your health is to consistently overload your body with more than you need

Time restricted eating, saying no to sugar, and an awesome health coach who inspires you is actually far better than a drug for life

Doctors are better at starting medications, than stopping them. This needs to change. The best doctors always want to stop medications as soon as possible.

I think most doctors are in the biggest bubble ever, not realizing what’s about to happen

One of the most awful (and to be honest sinister) things about modern medicine is how they define certain things. The best example of this is labeling obesity as a “chronic disease”. Loads of medical authorities and doctors do this. It’s everywhere. Why is this so dangerous? Because it instantly disempowers millions of people, and reinforces the narrative that they are lumbered with the diagnosis forever— which inevitably only medications can fix. This is a huge insult to the many people who have naturally shed pounds through sheer determination, willpower, and a desire to improve their lives. They refused to settle for the path that society is laying out for them. Meet Tricia, one of the most amazing people I’ve ever worked with with. She and her mom have undergone an absolutely amazing transformation by taking simple common sense steps to lose fat and reverse insulin resistance. They’ve also been able to come off their medications. You can listen to their amazing story here, and I’m bringing them back on my channel next week! Many chronic conditions develop gradually, often long before symptoms appear. Supporting the body early through sleep, nutrition, and stress regulation helps maintain physiological balance and reduce long-term strain on key systems. http://www.ojaiswellness.com #OjaisWellness

I've never met a single person who regretted getting into great shape, starting a business, and building a community of supportive friends. Do all three and you've built an untouchable life.
