Am 13. März 2026 hatte die Regierung durch einen nicht öffentlichen Ministerrat die Unterzeichnung des Abkommens genehmigt, obwohl das Abkommen nicht einmal noch vom Europäischen Parlament als ganzes bestätigt ist.
Meiners Erachtens nicht nur ein rechtlicher Bruch unserer Verfassung, sondern ein weiterer schwerwiegender Vertrauensbruch gegenüber uns im Volk, den Bauern und allen welche der Regierung ihren Beschluss vertraut haben.
Das Signal an Brüssel: Mit dieser Genehmigung signalisiert Österreich nun doch seine Zustimmung zur vorläufigen Anwendung des Abkommens.
