Das ist keine Integrationspolitik. Das ist die institutionelle Islamisierung Deutschlands — und die Grünen verkleiden sie schamlos als Antidiskriminierungsmaßnahme.
Was mich dabei am meisten aufbringt? Nicht einmal die Forderungen selbst — die sind, wenn man die Grünen kennt, erwartbar. Was mich aufbringt, ist die grenzenlose Chuzpe, mit der hier eine Partei, die in der Bundeswehr eigentlich am liebsten Blumensträuße statt Gewehre sähe, nun ausgerechnet dort den Islam verankern will. Eine Partei, die beim Thema Kreuz im Klassenzimmer sofort von Laizismus redet, will flächendeckend islamische Seelsorge in Krankenhäusern, Gefängnissen und der Armee. Die Doppelmoral ist atemberaubend. Wirklich atemberaubend.
Und Kopftuchverbote im öffentlichen Dienst sollen weg, weil sie das „Vertrauen der muslimischen Gemeinschaft in staatliche Institutionen" beschädigen? Ich frage mich: Was ist mit dem Vertrauen der Mehrheitsbevölkerung in einen neutralen Staat? Was ist mit Beamtinnen, die ihren Dienst ohne religiöses Bekenntnis auf der Arbeit verrichten? Gilt die Neutralitätspflicht des Staates nur noch dann, wenn es bequem ist?
Die Antwort kennen wir. Bei einer Nonne in Tracht gäbe es vermutlich kein Problem. Beim Kopftuch lautet die Grünen-Antwort: Abbauen, sensibilisieren, Monitoring einführen. Ein „zivilgesellschaftliches Monitoring antimuslimischer Übergriffe". Eine Expertenkommission. Einen nationalen Aktionsplan. Eine dauerhaft finanzierte Deutsche Islamkonferenz.
Der Staat soll also nicht nur tolerieren — der Staat soll aktiv fördern, strukturieren, finanzieren und beauftragen. Das ist der Unterschied zwischen Religionsfreiheit und Religionspolitik. Erstere ist ein Grundrecht. Letztere ist das, was die Grünen hier betreiben.
Ich sage es klar: Wer in Deutschland seine Religion frei ausüben will, hat jedes Recht dazu. Das gilt für Muslime genauso wie für jeden anderen. Aber der Staat schuldet keiner Religion eine institutionelle Sonderförderung. Er schuldet ihr keine Verankerung in der Armee. Er schuldet ihr keine staatlich finanzierten Wohlfahrtsverbände. Er schuldet ihr Neutralität — nicht Parteinahme.
