„In der Sache hat das BVerfG entschieden, dass eine Partei, die nicht über 51 Prozent der Bundestagsmandate verfügt, stets dem Willen beziehungsweise der Willkür der anderen Parteien im #Bundestag ausgeliefert ist, wenn sich diese gegen sie zusammenschließen. Das bedeutet auf den Fraktionssaal der AfD-Fraktion bezogen: Wenn es den anderen Parteien gefällt, können sie der #AfD-Fraktion durch bloßen Mehrheitsbeschluss jeden Saal zuweisen, den sie wollen. Das gilt selbst für den Fall, dass man darin – objektiv – aus Platzenge nicht parlamentarisch arbeiten kann. Auf diese Weise wurde der AfD-Fraktion bereits – über bloßen Mehrheitsbeschluss – ein Sitz im Bundestagspräsidium und Vorsitze in den Ausschüssen versagt. Damit wird ein zentrales Prinzip der Demokratie ausgehebelt: das des Minderheitsschutzes.
