Also gingen wir durch die Innenstadt, sprachen Leute an und wiesen sie darauf hin, wenn die Maske nicht richtig saß.
Und irgendwann führte uns das auch wieder an den Hauptbahnhof.
Wir gingen hinein, holten uns an einem Stand etwas zu trinken.
Was ich zu diesem Zeitpunkt nicht wusste:
Es soll ein Hausverbot gegen mich bestanden haben.
Mir war davon nichts bekannt.
Ich hatte kein bewusstes Wissen darüber – und konnte es folglich auch nicht berücksichtigen.
Doch dort war jemand, der offenbar genau auf mich wartete.
Eine Art „Sheriff“ der Bahnhofssicherheit.
Er kannte meinen Namen.
Er kannte dieses angebliche Hausverbot – oder behauptete zumindest, davon zu wissen.
Und er hatte den Verdacht, dass ich trotz Maske auf dem Bahnhof unterwegs sein könnte.
Solange ich die Maske trug, war ich für ihn nicht eindeutig identifizierbar.
Also wartete er.
Beobachtete.
Und in dem Moment, in dem ich die Maske abnahm, um etwas zu trinken –
war für ihn die Situation klar.
Er notierte sich alles.
Und brachte es zur Anzeige.
Der Vorwurf:
Ich hätte mich trotz bestehenden Hausverbots im Bahnhof aufgehalten.
Was für mich in dem Moment wie eine absurde Szene wirkte, wurde plötzlich ernst.
Denn aus dieser Anzeige wurde ein Strafverfahren.
Hausfriedensbruch.
Die Staatsanwaltschaft griff den Vorwurf auf und packte ihn zu den ohnehin bereits bestehenden Verfahren gegen mich.
Und damit wurde aus einer eigentlich banalen Situation –
ein paar Meter Skateboard, eine Aktion als „Corona-Polizei“, ein Schluck Getränk –
ein weiterer Baustein in dem Versuch, mich strafrechtlich zu verfolgen.
Bis hin zu einem Vorwurf, der letztlich sogar mit einer Freiheitsstrafe verbunden werden sollte.

As long as I wore the mask, he couldn't clearly identify me.
So he waited.

And the moment I took off the mask to take a drink -
the situation was clear to him.
He wrote everything down.
And reported it.
The accusation:
I would have stayed in the station despite the existing ban.
What seemed like an absurd scene to me at the moment suddenly became serious.
Because this complaint turned into a criminal case.
Trespassing.
The public prosecutor's office took up the accusation and added it to the already existing cases against me.
And so what was actually a banal situation became –
a few meters of skateboard, an action as “corona police”, a sip of drink –

Ob die Person direkt mit mir gesprochen hat oder aus der Situation heraus entstand – ich weiß es nicht mehr sicher. Aber diese Drohung war eindeutig.
Ich habe angehalten und nachgefragt:
„Wie bitte?“
Und dann kippte die Situation.
Aus ein paar Worten wurde ein Streit.
Die Stimmen wurden lauter.
Die Atmosphäre spannte sich merklich an.
Irgendjemand begann zu filmen – auch das weiß ich noch. Dieses Video existiert vermutlich bis heute irgendwo.
Der Mann, der später auch als Zeuge vor Gericht auftrat, fühlte sich offenbar im Recht. Er drohte, die Polizei zu rufen – und tat es schließlich auch.
Ich blieb nicht stehen.
Ich habe mich nicht weiter auf die Situation eingelassen, sondern den Bahnhof ganz normal verlassen.
Für mich war die Sache damit erledigt.
Zumindest dachte ich das.
Später wurde mir dann angeblich ein Hausverbot für den Bahnhof zugestellt. Zwei Jahre lang sollte ich dort nicht mehr erscheinen dürfen.
Ob und wie mir das tatsächlich zugestellt wurde, ist bis heute nicht ganz klar.
Aber damit begann eine Geschichte, die weit über diesen kurzen Moment hinausging.
Was als ein paar Meter auf einem Skateboard begann, entwickelte sich später zu einer juristischen Auseinandersetzung über mehrere Instanzen.

I didn't stop.
I didn't get involved in the situation any further and just left the station as normal.
For me that was the end of the matter.
At least that's what I thought.
Later I was allegedly banned from entering the train station. I wasn't allowed to appear there again for two years.
It is still not entirely clear whether and how this was actually delivered to me.
But that began a story that went far beyond this brief moment.
What started as a few meters on a skateboard later developed into a legal dispute over several instances.
And that’s exactly the story I’m telling today.
