Ich habe gestern gelesen, dass die Baseballschlägerjahre angezweifelt werden und das alles nur eine Erfindung der linken Presse sei.
Ich frage dann: Was stimmt mit euch nicht? Es gibt Zeitzeugen! Das ist erst ca 35 Jahre her! Auch ich war mit im Brennpunkt. Möchte man mir und den vielen anderen die Erinnerungen daran absprechen?
Ein bisschen Geschichtsunterricht gefällig!
- Amadeu Antonio wurde 1990 in Eberswalde von einer Gruppe Rechtsextremer u.a. mit Baseballschlägern angegriffen und erlag 11 Tage später an seinen Verletzungen. Er war eines der ersten Opfer dieser Zeit. (Aufgrunddessen wurden diese Jahre "Baseballschlägerjahre" genannt)
- Die Gewalt lief über mehrere Jahre und wurde erst nach knapp 5 Jahren auch politisch ernstgenommen und gehandelt. In diesen Jahren gab es mindestens 94 Todesopfer durch rechtsextreme Gewalt, unzählige Schlägereien und so weiter. - Die Zahlen variieren je nach Quelle, deswegen hab ich die niedrigste Zahl genommen.
Hört auf, das kleinzureden. Das wird den Opfern dieser Gewalt nicht gerecht.
