Das Ermittlungsverfahren gegen „Gregor S.“wurde durch Verfügung der Staatsanwaltschaft vom 30. Oktober 2025 gemäß § 170 Abs. 2 StPO eingestellt.

nach meinen Einlassungen zu meinem ehemaligen Arbeitgeber #zdf seit dem 15. Februar 2026 zum ZDF-Bilder-Fake wurde vergangene Woche meine Familie von einem anonymen Anrufer bedroht. Das war bisher nicht vorgekommen. Ich kenne allerdings ähnliches schon aus der Zeit nach dem 22.2.2022.
Damals hatte ich in @BILD #Viertelnachacht ausgepackt und über Erlebnisse innerhalb des Senders berichtet. Dieses Video landete auf Platz 2 aller meistgeklickter deutschsprachiger YouTube-Videos mit rund 503.000 Aufrufen innerhalb der ersten 24 Stunden. (Quelle: Meedia) Ich sprach noch in drei weiteren Formaten darüber und erreichte darüber insgesamt 1,5 Mio Zuschauer.
Die Folge waren zwei denunzierende Artikel, einer von in der Frankfurter Allgemeinen Sonntagszeitung und einer im Online-Portal Übermedien. Eine Woche später war mein #Wikipedia-Artikel, den meine spätere Chefin bei #3sat und damals noch Kollegin angelegt hatte anlässlich meiner Moderation des #Berlinale Journals in #3sat 2008, gelöscht. Wie das zugehen konnte, habe ich nie erfahren.
Da sich danach merkwürdige Vorfälle in meinem Leben ereigneten, die mir bis dato nicht passiert waren, sprach ich darüber mit verschiedenen Leuten, die sich mit geheimdienstlichen Operationen auskennen. Daraus ging hervor, dass es sich bei diesen Vorkommnissen sehr wahrscheinlich um solcherlei gehandelt haben könnte.
Danach habe ich mich sehr lange nicht mehr zu meinem langjährigen Arbeitgeber geäußert. Die Veröffentlichungen von @nius und @apollo_news_de und die darauffolgende Debatte der vergangenen Wochen gaben mir Anlass, mich erneut zu Wort zu melden.
Ich habe nun die meisten meiner Posts auf diesem Kanal in X zum ZDF-Bilder-Fake gelöscht, um nicht weitere Repressalien zu erleben. Was dem Kollegen @janfleischhauer widerfahren ist, sollte jedem die Augen öffnen. Wer noch von „Unsere Demokratie“ spricht, dürfte nun endgültig davon ablassen können.
Dass ein relevanter Anteil der deutschen Bevölkerung sofort wissen würde, was ich meine, ein anderer all dies sofort in Abrede stellen und die Wahrheit meiner Worte in Zweifel ziehen würde, ist sinnbildlich für das, was hier im Lande passiert.
Allen, die das alles nicht glauben wollen, sei gesagt, dass zahlreiche Journalistenkollegen sich während der letzten Jahre ins Ausland abgesetzt haben, um weiterhin veröffentlichen zu können. Sie berichten in den deutschen Sprachraum hinein gewissermaßen aus dem Exil. Ihre Texte, Audios und Videos sind damit für die Menschen hier von unschätzbarem Wert.
Dass X ein freies Medium ist, hilft in Deutschland nur bedingt weiter. Hier wird zwar nicht zensiert, aber was teilweise von anderer Seite folgt, wenn man hier seine Meinung äußert, macht unfrei.
Ich danke allen für ihre Aufmerksamkeit, die hier mitgelesen haben.
Auch wenn diese Zeiten bisweilen dystopisch anmuten, bin ich zutiefst davon überzeugt, dass die Wahrheit siegen wird und wir auf bessere Zeiten zusteuern. Auch glaube ich an das Gute im Menschen und erlebe es täglich in kleinen Momenten auf der Straße. Glauben Sie mit mir daran!

I never found out how that happened.
Since strange incidents occurred in my life that had never happened to me before, I talked about them with various people who were familiar with secret service operations. This showed that these events could very likely have been something like this.
After that, I didn't comment on my long-term employer for a very long time. The publications by @nius and @apollo_news_de and the subsequent debate over the past few weeks gave me reason to speak out again.
