But when you go and teach a class of 20-somethings, as I do almost every week now, and ask them what they're eating, they don't eat snacks anymore. They are so fired up about eating foods that keep them healthy. They don't even drink anymore! This is getting insane. They don't eat any sugar, 'cause they think it causes cancer. They don't eat too many carbs. They try to get 128 grams of protein. I'm saying, "What happened to college?"
