I’ve initiated a new position in PER — a profitable toll miller in Peru generating positive free cash flow by processing ore for other miners. The company owns two fully paid-off plants and has maintained a disciplined capital structure with minimal dilution over time.
Going forward, they plan to transition from toll milling third-party ore to processing their own ore, which should significantly expand margins. Both projects are expected to come online in the coming months, and permits to upgrade the plants are targeted for approval this year.
CEO Jeffrey Reeder brings more than 30 years of experience operating in Peru. The mineralized veins are located nearby, grades are exceptionally high (12 g/t Au and 900 g/t Ag), and recoveries are strong (92% gold, 98% silver).

Producing 100-120,000 OZ Gold in the coming years. Improving gold grades. Decreasing AISC. New project Teren-Sai coming online at AISC $600. Now a P/E of around 4.0, and a P/E of 2.2 in 2028, and 1.4 beyond.
Now imagine $10,000 Gold. This is now my second biggest position at 9.0% of the PF. She may not be the most sexy one, but she knows how to deliver !
