AUSRADIERBARE HOLZBUNTSTIFTE STATT KULIS IN MEINEM WAHLLOKAL - WAHLBEOBACHTUNG JETZT!
Gerade eben war ich in meinem Wahllokal meine Stimmen abgeben. Mir fielen sofort die ausgelegten Holzbuntstifte auf. Eine Abstimmung mit diesen Stiften kam für mich nicht infrage und ich monierte, dass in den Kabinen keine dokumentenechten Stifte auslägen und damit keine sichere und unverfälschbare Stimmabgabe möglich sei.
Danach zwangen mich die Wahlhelfer zu einem Radiertest, der positiv ausfiel. Später telefonierten die Wahlhelfer mit dem Wahlamt meiner Gemeinde, das anordnete, dokumentenechte Kugelschreiber auszulegen. Die Buntstifte wollten die Wahlhelfer allerdings nicht entfernen. Mit dem Hinweis auf den erbrachten Nachweis der Ausradierbarkeit des Stifts entfernten die Wahlhelfer dann doch noch die Buntstifte.
Anschließend begab ich mich auf dem Weg zum nächsten Wahllokal, das für mich erreichbar war. Dort gab ich mich als Wahlbeobachter aus, der in einem anderen Wahllokal der Gemeinde bereits abgestimmt hat. Mit dem Verweis auf die Geschehnisse in meinem Wahllokal wollte ich wissen, ob auch hier Holzbuntstifte im Wahllokal auslägen. Auch hier war das der Fall.
Ebenso wie vorher wurde ich zu einem Radiertest gezwungen, der ebenfalls positiv verlief. Nach einem Telefonat mit der Gemeindeverwaltung, die die Verwendung von Kulis anordnete, weigerten sich die Wahlhelfer wieder, die Buntstifte entfernen zu lassen. Auf meinen Druck hin wurden dann doch die Buntstifte komplett durch Kulis ausgetauscht.
Ich weise erneut darauf hin, wie wichtig Wahlbeobachtung ist! Die Wahl ist erst vorbei, wenn die letzte Stimme sauber und rechtlich anstandsfrei gewertet wurde!
Und es geht nicht nur um die Auszählung, sondern auch um den Wahlvorgang an sich!

With reference to what happened at my polling station, I wanted to know whether wooden crayons were also available at the polling station. That was the case here too.
Just like before, I was forced to take an erasing test, which was also positive. After a telephone call with the municipal administration, which ordered the use of pens, the election workers again refused to have the crayons removed. At my request, the colored pencils were completely replaced with pens.
I would like to point out once again how important election observation is! The election is only over when the last vote has been counted cleanly and without legal impropriety!
And it's not just about the counting, but also about the voting process itself!

Habe ich natürlich den Wahlvorstand gebeten das zu prüfen, da ich der Ansicht bin die Intention der Regel - ca. 20m im Umkreis keine Plakatierung am Wahllokal - ist hier verletzt. Wahlvorstand ist es abgeschnitten und sagt 25m, also alles in Ordnung. Mehr als darauf hinweisen kann ich nicht. Bürgerpflicht erfüllt. Und natürlich auch richtig gewählt. #ltwbw #ltwbawü
