Dass die Marktzulassung von KOSTAIVE - einer wie ein Gentherapeutikum zusammengesetzte (Nukleinsäure) und wirkende Substanz, ohne Nachweis, dass diese höchst gefährliche Substanz nicht von den damit “geimpften” Personen auf andere Menschen übertragen werden kann, erfolgt ist, beweist der Inhalt des Bewertungsberichts (Assessment Report) der EMA zu KOSTAIVE vom 12.12.2024:

“Bewertung der Ökotoxizität/Umweltrisiken
Gemäß der CHMP-Leitlinie zur Umweltverträglichkeitsprüfung von Humanarzneimitteln (EMEA/CHMP/SWP/4447100 Corr 2) ist es aufgrund ihrer Beschaffenheit unwahrscheinlich, dass Impfstoffe und Lipide ein erhebliches Risiko für die Umwelt darstellen. Daher werden in diesem Antrag auf Genehmigung für das Inverkehrbringen keine ERA-Studien vorgelegt.”
Exakt diese Passage im Assessment Report der EMA ist der Nachweis, dass durch eine, der tatsächlichen Wirkungsweise von KOSTAIVE, nicht entsprechende Definition als „Impfstoff“, wesentliche Studien für die Zulassung nicht vorgelegt werden mussten.
Im konkreten Fall von KOSTAIVE haben die EMA und die Europäische Kommission durch Zulassung einer in die Umwelt streuenden - und damit auf andere Menschen von “Geimpften” übertragbare gentechnische Substanz, auf brutalste Weise unser Grundrecht auf Zustimmung zu einer pharmakologischen Behandlung verletzt (Art. 3 EU-Charta der Grundrechte). Das ist höchst kriminell!
Genau dies habe ich in meiner am Europäischen Gericht mit T-375/25 behängenden, gegen den KOSTAIVE-Marktzulassungsbeschluss der Europäischen Kommission eingebrachten Nichtigkeitsklage im Detail dargelegt und eine inzidente Normenkontrolle laut Art. 277 AEUV der Richtlinie 2009/120/EG der Kommission vom 14.09.2009 verlangt, in dessen Anhang mit dem Satz „Impfstoffe gegen Infektionskrankheiten sind keine Gentherapeutika“, Substanzen (wie KOSTAIVE), die zwar wie Gentherapeutika zusammengesetzt sind und wirken, nur weil sie als „Impfstoffe“ definiert sind, ohne jegliche wissenschaftliche Grundlage aus den strengen für Gentherapeutika geltenden Zulassungsvoraussetzungen ausgenommen wurden.
