Rund 1,3 Hektar Waldfläche wurden bereits für asphaltierte Wege verändert.
⚖️ Das zuständige Regierungspräsidium musste deshalb sogar ein Ordnungswidrigkeitsverfahren einleiten. Möglich wäre ein Bußgeld von bis zu 50.000 Euro, während die Behörde zugleich erklärte, der Antrag sei nach erster Prüfung wahrscheinlich genehmigungsfähig. So kann man es auch machen...
