1/ Regelmäßig weisen Gerichte Klagen bei AstraZeneca-Impfschäden ab (Sinusvenenthrombosen), weil lt. der Behörden angeblich „grundsätzlich ein positives Nutzen-Risiko-Verhältnis“ bestanden habe.
🔥 ABER: Sogar die EMA musste im Jahr 2021 eingestehen, dass es „Konstellationen“ gab, „in denen das individuelle Risiko einer Sinusthrombose nach einer Impfung mit AstraZeneca größer ist als das Risiko, schwer an Covid zu erkranken.“
Laut Daten der EMA war dies bei „Menschen zwischen 20 und 49 der Fall, wenn das Infektionsrisiko vor Ort niedrig ist“.
