BREAKING: Eleven of America's largest food manufacturers are facing lawsuits over their ultra-processed food products.
The companies named include:
Coca-Cola
General Mills
Kraft Heinz
Mars
Nestlé
PepsiCo
Post
Mondelez International
Kellanova
The lawsuits allege that these companies knowingly market and sell ultra-processed foods despite growing scientific evidence linking high consumption to chronic conditions such as obesity, type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and depression.
Ultra-processed foods now account for an estimated 60% or more of the average American diet.
A growing body of research has also found associations between higher intake of ultra-processed foods and increased risk of several cancers, including:
Colorectal cancer
Breast cancer
Ovarian cancer
Pancreatic cancer
Prostate cancer
Brain cancer
Head and neck cancers
Esophageal cancer
Liver cancer

Glyphosate is completely banned in Vietnam, Togo, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates.
Using glyphosate as a dessicant (drying agent) is illegal in France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Italy, Denmark, the Czech Republic and the entire EU!
Yet somehow all those countries still manage to produce food for all their citizens. How is that possible if glyphosate, as we are told by propagandists, is "necessary to grow food!" ?
Turns out they are just lying. You don't need glyphosate to grow food. You need carbon dioxide, sunlight, water and healthy soils, plus minerals, nitrogen, warmth and time.

One victory at a time, our team at @AntimonopolyUS is helping ordinary people fight back against elite malfeasance and elite impunity in this country.
In late 2024, we brought a lawsuit on behalf of Arkansas and Oklahoma chicken farmers seeking to hold the principal executive officers of Cooks Venture — the much-hyped "progressive" chicken company that fraudulently induced farmers to invest millions of dollars in poultry houses before abruptly shutting down in 2023 — responsible for the financial ruin they caused across the Ozark countryside. The lawsuit was brought under the Packers and Stockyards Act, a century-old law that regulates the livestock and poultry industries and prohibits unfair and deceptive within them.
Almost immediately after we filed the case, the BigLaw attorneys representing the Cooks Venture executives began protesting that their clients are shielded from accountability for this or that reason. A parade of Motions to Dismiss and Motions for Summary Judgment soon followed, leading to a months-long, knock-down-drag-out fight over the liability of executive officers under the Packers and Stockyards Act. In the absence of controlling precedent, the defendants made one smooth-sounding argument after another; we knocked the shine out of their briefs with an exhaustive review of the text, structure, administration, and legislative history of the statute.
Last week, Judge Timothy L. Brooks entered a thorough, well-reasoned Opinion and Order to decide this battle. He denied each and every one of the defendants' motions — making it clear that corporate executives may, indeed, be held directly and individually liable for violations of the Packers and Stockyards Act.
I'm deeply proud of our team for their work on this case. Stay tuned, folks: We’re just getting started.

This is one of the darkest, most evil and sick things I have ever witnessed. The reason why Monsanto/Bayer is pushing so hard for legal immunity – in states, the Farm Bill, and the executive branch – is simple. Their product gives people cancer. They did it with Agent Orange and they are following the same playbook.

When leaders of my own party protect sex traffickers, spend our grandkids into oblivion, fund endless wars, lockdown our citizens, bailout corporations, bow to other countries, and hurt small farmers…
…it’s true that I won’t be their yes man.

If Israel insists on destroying civilian targets in Lebanon, let them buy and build their own weapons. American taxpayers should not be funding this.
