Ich habe in den letzten Tagen das Buch von Prof. Urbaniok (@Urbaniok) - Schattenseiten der Migration - gelesen und das zum Anlass genommen, mir mal die Situation in der Schweiz betreffend den Personen aus #Afghanistan anzuschauen.
👉Afghanen waren in den letzten 5 Jahren die grösste Gruppe die ein #Asylgesuch in der Schweiz stellten. Etwa 25% aller Gesuche kamen jeweils aus diesem Land. 2024: 8’627; 2025: 6’207
👉Die #Asylgewährungsquote ist über Jahre massiv höher als der Durchschnitt (2025: 43.1% vs 27.1%). Auch die #Schutzquote (Asyl + VA) war massiv höher (2025: 71.4% vs 43.8%)!
👉Personen aus Afghanistan im #Asylbereich bezogen mehrheitlich #Sozialhilfe (>85%). Gesamthaft waren dies 2024 (letzte verfügbare Statistik!) 14'173 Personen, was fast 37% aller Personen in dieser Statistik entsprach.
👉Personen aus Afghanistan im #Flüchtlingsbereich bezogen ebenfalls mehrheitlich Sozialhilfe (>75%). Gesamthaft waren dies 2024 6'879 Personen, was fast 23% aller Personen entsprach.
👉Gleichzeitig waren alle Afghanischen Personen in der Schweiz 2023 gemäss Buch von Prof. Urbaniok bei schweren Straftaten gegen Leib und Leben 1657% überrepräsentiert und bei Sexualdelikten 1706% überrepräsentiert! (Seite 32) - einfach nur krass!
Es stellt sich schon die Frage, ob wir unseren Ansatz wem und unter welchen Bedingungen wir Personen Schutz gewähren (wenn sie dann tatsächlich Schutz brauchen...), überdenken sollten?
Bei etwa 32k Anträgen über die letzten 5 Jahre sind Afghanen zu mehr als 80% in Sozailhilfe, sind bei schweren Gewalttaten um den Faktor >16 gegenüber der einheimischen Bevölkerung überräpräsentiert! Vielleicht sollten wir von #Dänemark lernen - in Dänemark gab es 2025 175 Anträge auf Asyl von Personen aus Afghanistan!

Die stärkere Seite ist hier nicht die Schweiz.
Gerade deshalb braucht es die volle demokratische Absicherung: 𝗩𝗼𝗹𝗸 𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝘁𝗮̈𝗻𝗱𝗲. Nicht als Formalität, sondern als föderalen Selbstschutz. Wer das Ständemehr verhindern will, will die Hürde senken, weil er weiss, wie umstritten diese Verträge im Land sind. Aber je tiefer ein Abkommen in Souveränität, Rechtsetzung und demokratische Selbstbestimmung eingreift, desto höher muss die Legitimation sein.
