Meiner war es 2014, noch während meiner Ausbildung einen Mustang auf Kredit zu kaufen.
Ich habe tatsächlich noch einen 3. Job (Neben Ausbildung und Kleingewerbe) gemacht, nur um die Spritkosten für den Arbeitsweg von Job 1 zu finanzieren🤣💀
Aber mit 20 war das cool.
Zum Glück kam die Erkenntnis relativ zügig. Nach gerade mal 10 Monaten habe ich das Auto wieder verkauft, da ich reisen und mich auf meine Selbständigkeit konzentrieren wollte. Allerdings mit erheblichem Wertverlust und ich brauchte zwei Jahre um die Schulden vollständig zurück zu zahlen.

Klingt immer noch gut?
Jetzt noch Inflation, Versicherungen, Zinsen (in diesem Falle nicht, da keine Finanzierung), laufende Reparaturen und Opportunitätskosten abziehen.
Plötzlich ist Betongold gar nicht mehr so glänzend.
Immobilien sind kein Selbstläufer. Zahlen > Bauchgefühl.
Meine Eltern gehen in 2 Jahren in Rente und möchten sich nicht mehr um ein "großes Haus & Grundstück" kümmern.
Ich habe selbst 2 Immobilien in Deutschland, möchte aber definitiv keine Weitere mehr.
