Für die Mehrheit der Stimmbürger spielt wohl EINE Frage die wichtigste Rolle beim Entscheid Ja oder Nein: nicht die Rechtsübernahme, nicht der EuGH, nicht die EU-Kontrolleure in der Schweiz, sondern die Frage nach dem Wohlstand. (Dieser hängt natürlich mit diesen rechtlichen Fakten direkt zusammen.)
Für mich ist die Antwort sonnenklar:
Die Schweiz würde ihre komparativen Vorteile im internationalen Handel verlieren, die Steuern würden steigen, die Wohnungen teurer, der Dichtstress würde höher, die Bürokratie grösser und durchgriffiger, die Löhne würden sinken, die Arbeitslosigkeit würde (auch wegen KI) deutlich steigen. Und dann müssen wir noch Milliarden an die EU abgeben.
Es ist offensichtlich: Den Schweizern würde es nach einer Annahme der Verträge viel schlechter gehen.
Gerne höre ich von den Befürwortern der Verträge - z.B. @PeterGehler oder @simonmichel - was an meinen Überlegungen nicht stimmt.
