In the ECDO hypothesis, angular momentum is strictly conserved. The core's magnetic moment normally couples to the mantle, locking rotation to the current geomagnetic-priority axis (State 1, "upright").
When the field collapses/weakens, decoupling at the lubricated D'' layer lets the outer rotational body (mantle + crust) reorient via a mediated Dzhanibekov oscillation—flipping ~104° along the path of its maximum inertia axis (State 2) to restore gyroscopic stability. The total L vector stays fixed in space; only the body's orientation shifts relative to it. The core remains anchored, preserving the field.
This explains the proposed "rotation" without violating conservation.

An interesting theory by @EthicalSkeptic is that when the Earth's magnetic field collapses or just reverses (which it does every 10,000 yrs or so) the magnetic field is no longer able to keep the planet upright and it can rotate. Unnerving, but quite a fascinating thesis.

The Earth bears stretch marks from a past disruption or multiple disruptions in its rotation, and those stretch marks just happen to center on and rotate around ECDO Theory's proposed true polar wander rotation points (the ECDO 'Euler Axis' as they are called).

Global Cancer Rates Show the SAME as TES Charts: A 2021 inflection in cancer mortality from the mRNA vaccine.
The reason this inflection does not show up on other nation charts is because the analyst is SPINNING the data so as to hide this inflection which is OBVIOUS in the GLOBAL data.
Sometimes, deception is a partnership, between the deceiver - and the deceived who subconsciously want to be lied to. Like beer goggles, they take home ugly charts because they are drunk on dissonance.
You either want to be entertained by liars, or you grow up and face truth like an adult...
There is no in-between.
When a mortality surveillance system simultaneously contains causes that are artificially depressed (by earlier harvesting of the vulnerable) and causes that are genuinely accelerating (from a new ongoing insult), the two signals can cancel each other in any aggregate measure, creating a temporary "false floor" in all-cause mortality that will break open on a schedule set by the decay rate of the depression, not by the pace of the new insult.
This means the moment at which the public, policymakers, and even many analysts "see" a mortality crisis is not controlled by when the crisis begins or how fast it grows. It is controlled by when the masking reservoir runs dry. The all-cause number can sit near zero or below zero for years while a real and worsening cause-specific excess silently compounds beneath it.
What makes this non-obvious is that most excess-mortality frameworks treat the aggregate as the truth and the components as details. Here the relationship is inverted: the aggregate is the least informative signal, and its apparent stability is a direct artifact of two opposing forces whose magnitudes happen to overlap during a finite window.

Concerning but Improved: Excess Non-Covid Natural Cause Mortality at 3.7% excess — comparable to last year's progression in this same metric.
TES is the only analyst tracking this — and sadly, this is how it is professionally done. One can see the excess vaccine mortality in the 2021/22/23 hump. Fortunately, this tapered off. Unfortunately, it is still hovering at ~4%, suggesting a long-term effect impacting the future of our mortality demographic.
The question the CDC should be asking "What is causing this excess, as well as its persistence?"
The challenge is not over by any means. We still lost 1,964 people this last week, and over 900,000 overall - despite the slowing in this index.

3rd Good News: The NCHS is catching up on processing the backlog in Excess Abnormal Clinical & Lab Findings Mortality (down to 11,800 death certificates). They have reduced the backlog over post-pandemic rate from 33 weeks, to around 17 weeks.
The bad news is that this is only record-processing time - as deaths requiring categorization in this hold bucket have not decreased = Elevated 63% after 5 years now - DESPITE - the reduction in fentanyl-related deaths after we secured the borders back to the standard the rest of the world ethically practices.
The job of the NCHS is to tally this metric. The job of the CDC is to ask WHY it is happening. We know why it is happening💉, but the CDC will not address the question.
