In a systematic review of 132 US research studies, @IndianaUniv shows the devastating effect that lockdowns and school closures had on public health. https://academic.oup.com/healthaffairsscholar/advance-article/doi/10.1093/haschl/qxaf208/8306414

Life expectancy in the US and Sweden in the 21st Century. Why has US (but not Swedish) life expectancy flatlined since 2010? Why did covid cause three years of life expectancy collapse in the US, but not in Sweden? It's time to make America healthy again.

Five years ago today, we authored the Great Barrington Declaration, arguing for focused protection instead of lockdowns. A wholehearted thank you to the almost one million co-signers. We were proven right. https://gbdeclaration.org/

In randomized trial of their covid vaccine, @pfizer found birth defects in 8 babies to 156 vaccinated pregnant mothers and in 2 babies to 159 unvaccinated mothers, for a relative risk of RR=4.1, p=0.049. When asked at ACIP meeting, Pfizer did not explain. https://www.pfizer.com/news/announcements/pfizer-upholds-commitment-transparency-and-shares-analysis-covid-19-vaccination

Should vaccines contain mercury? When CDC's Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices said no, the American Academy of Pediatrics got upset, defending mercury. @AmerAcadPeds https://thehill.com/opinion/healthcare/5390029-on-vaccines-the-aap-has-embraced-a-counterproductive-role/

"Mandatory school closings, forced isolation of teens and college students, and required injections of healthy children with experimental drugs attempting to shield adults will be a permanent black mark on America." https://newcriterion.com/dispatch/science-and-accountability/

The American people should have immediate free access to the science that we so generously fund through the @NIH. Starting today, we do.

Mercury in vaccines creates distrust in vaccines, but the American Academy of Pediatrics is attacking CDC's ACIP after we no longer recommend mercury containing vaccines. Astonishing that pro-mercury in kids is their battle cry!! @AmerAcadPeds

Principles of Public Health #6

In a great win for academic freedom, NIH director @drjbhattacharya has removed the old rule that research manuscripts by NIH scientists must be approved by their superiors before it could be published. https://www.limpertinentmedia.com/post/who-manipulated-science-to-promote-its-propaganda-during-the-pandemic
@MartinKulldorff 26.05 15:07
Having abandoned principles of public health during the pandemic, @statnews continues to write hit piece on experts who got the pandemic right, like Dr. @TracyBethHoeg. Time for StatNews to leave politics behind and return to science.

The key strength of MAHA is its evidence-based multi-focus on the immune system, environment, mental health, nutrition and exercise, including the 10 big A’s: Autism, Allergy, Asthma, Auto-immune disorders, ADHD, Anorexia, Anxiety/depression, Abuse, Alienation and Addiction.

This needs to be said: We (profound autism parents) have nothing but the best of intentions. Only we understand our experience. We have nothing to apologize for. We have no reason to be ashamed. There is nothing about our plight that is not rooted in helping our kids. There is nothing about our plight that is not rooted in reality. There is even nothing about our plight that is not rooted in science. Because of all these things, we will aggressively be pursuing the advancement of appropriate and meaningful research, and we will not take lightly, any attempts to dilute our kids’ struggles or minimize their experience - directly or indirectly. The time has come to get help that makes a difference and to go on the offense against those who stand in our way. We will get creative. Where there is truth, there is a way. Where there is a will, there is a way. Make A Stand 4 Autism 🧩

To heal science and academia, governments, social media and universities should not censor scientists or anyone else. Those that censor de facto prove they lack counter arguments. @heal_science @DrJBhattacharya

Great choice of @VPrasadMDMPH (top center on left) to lead CBER @US_FDA. A staunch supporter of evidence based medicine.

1/Supreme Court of Canada has declined me leave to appeal “cautions” ordered by CPSO in Feb2021 for my Aug2020 tweets opposing harmful lockdowns. In Canada, speaking the truth & upholding the Hippocratic Oath are blasphemy when it contradicts the govt. Details in media release🧵
