Man muß eines einmal ganz deutlich festhalten: niemand, absolut niemand hält den Fraktiossaal-Beschluß des Ersten Senats des BVerfG für "richtig", vermutlich noch nicht einmal der erkennende Senat selbst. Natürlich macht sich im Bundestag, zumal bei den widerrechtlich von ihm Begünstigten, nun auch ein hämisches Behagen über die Entscheidung breit.
Dies liegt jedoch nicht daran, daß irgend jemand glaubt, es habe sich hier das "richtige Recht" gegen Irrtümer und Fehldeutungen durchgesetzt. Das mitunter nun begegnende Behagen gewisser vollgefressener, korrupter Schmierfinken, die Deutschland ins Unglück gestürzt haben und und einen Ehrenpreis dafür verlangen, beruht einzig allein auf der Gewißheit, jedenfalls den Zweiten Senat des Bundesverfassungsgerichts, dem natürlich nicht ein einziger (!) von der politischen Opposition nominierter Richter angehört, offenbar vollends "in der Tasche" zu haben. Dies zeigte sich schon bei den Entscheidungen zum "Vizepräsidenten" und den "Ausschußvorsitzen", v.a. aber auch bei der Billigung des Umstandes, daß ein bereits abgewählter Bundestag (!) die Verfassung revolutionieren, die "Schuldenbremse" weithin abschaffen und stattdessen die "Klimaneutralität bis 2045" als neues Staatsziel festschreiben konnte. Und dies alles, obwohl keine Eile geboten war – nur einfach deswegen, weil es im gewählten und zuständigen Bundestag keine Mehrheit mehr dafür gegeben haben würde. Niemand, der halbwegs bei Verstand ist, hielt dies für "verfassungsgemäß" – es hält nur eben diejenigen im Sattel, die uns ins Unglück gebracht haben. Mit tätiger Hilfe des Bundesverfassungsgerichts.
