Der Staat ist nicht das Werkzeug der Freiheit. Er ist ihr struktureller Gegner.
Und genau hier beginnt der Bruch.
Nicht „weniger Staat“.
Nicht „effizienterer Staat“.
Nicht „der richtige Staat“.
Sondern: Kein Anspruch des Staates auf dein Leben, dein Eigentum, deine Zeit. Punkt.
Die bürgerliche Mitte krankt an Feigheit. Sie will die Früchte der Freiheit, aber scheut deren Konsequenz. Sie will Märkte, aber mit Sicherheitsgeländer. Sie will Eigentum, aber nur solange es politisch genehm ist. Sie will Individualität, aber nur im Rahmen kollektiver Erlaubnis.
Das ist kein Liberalismus. Das ist dressierte Freiheit.
Wir setzen Begriffe neu.
Steuern sind kein Beitrag. Sie sind Zwang.
Ein „Beitrag“ setzt Freiwilligkeit voraus. Alles andere ist ein Euphemismus, ein sprachliches Sedativum für einen sehr realen Eingriff.
Regulierung ist kein Schutz. Sie ist Machtverteilung zugunsten derer, die sie schreiben.
Jede Vorschrift ist ein Filter. Und Filter entscheiden nicht neutral, sie entscheiden politisch.
Der Staat ist kein Garant von Ordnung. Er ist ein Monopolist auf Gewalt.

Wer heute noch glaubt, man könne durch „kluge Politik“ oder „bessere Mehrheiten“ den Eingriffsapparat domestizieren, hat das Grundproblem nicht verstanden. Macht begrenzt sich nicht selbst. Sie wächst immer. Sie sucht neue Begründungen, neue Krisen, neue Narrative.
Und genau deshalb ist jede halbherzige Position Teil des Problems.
Die bürgerliche Welt lebt von einem Paradox:
Sie weiß, dass der Staat ineffizient, übergriffig und träge ist und fordert gleichzeitig mehr von genau diesem Instrument.
Das ist kein Widerspruch aus Versehen.
Das ist intellektuelle Kapitulation.
Wir kapitulieren nicht.
Wir sagen nicht: „Der Staat sollte sich zurückhalten.“
Wir sagen: Er hat kein Recht, da zu sein, wo er ist.
Wir sagen nicht: „Der Markt funktioniert besser.“
Wir sagen: Freiwillige Ordnung ist die einzige legitime Ordnung.
Wir sagen nicht: „Man muss beide Seiten sehen.“
Wir sagen: Zwang ist keine Seite. Zwang ist der Bruch jeder legitimen Ordnung.
Das ist keine Einladung zur Debatte.
Das ist eine Grenzziehung.
Und wer sie nicht akzeptiert, verteidigt nicht „die Mitte“.
Er verteidigt lediglich die angenehmste Form der Unfreiheit, die er sich vorstellen kann.
