- Wuppi hat Herrn Jun mit dem inhaltslosen Fantasiewort „YamYam“ tituliert und einen Bezug zum nordkoreanischen Diktator Kim Jong Un hergestellt.
- Herr Jun witterte möglicherweise ein leichtes Opfer, das er juristisch in die Knie zwingen kann, vielleicht auch, um sich anschließend öffentlich als Kämpfer gegen Rechts in Szene zu setzen und begann eine juristische Auseinandersetzung.

- Im Einstweiligen Verfügungsverfahren wollte Jun Wuppi das Verwenden eines KI-Bildes von Kim Jong Un im Gerichtssaal und die Bezeichnung „YamYam“ untersagen.
- Nur die Bezeichnung „YamYam“ wurde Wuppi verboten.
- Wuppi versah im Netzwerk X Bilder von asiatisch aussehenden und teilweise essenden Personen mit dem Hashtag „MyamMyam“.
- Herr Jun bezog diesen Hashtag auf sich und beantragte ein Ordnungsgeld gegen Wuppi.
- Wuppi gewann das Ordnungsmittelverfahren vollständig, Herr Jun muss die Kosten tragen.
- Wuppi darf Herrn Jun zunächst nicht mehr „YamYam“ nennen, da das Landgericht im Widerspruchsverfahren an seiner Entscheidung festgehalten hat. Aber er darf ihn weiter mit einem Bild von Kim-Jong Un mit Strohhut im Gerichtssaal kommentieren, da das Landgericht den Verbotsantrag von Herrn Jun abgewiesen hat und dieser gegen diese Entscheidung nicht mehr vorgegangen ist.
- Im Ordnungsmittelverfahren trägt Jun also die gesamten Kosten, im einstweiligen Verfügungsverfahren die Hälfte. Im Widerspruchsverfahren trägt die Kosten zunächst Wuppi.
- Wuppi erhält demnächst seinen X-Account zurück. Die Entscheidung, die er erwirkt hat, muss lediglich noch X zugestellt werden.
Jun hat gegenüber Wuppi also juristisch nur erreicht, dass er nicht „YamYam“ genannt werden darf. Herzlichen Glückwunsch zu diesem Erfolg! Ob diese Entscheidung überhaupt Bestand haben wird, bleibt abzuwarten.
