Ohne Investition in PV oder Speicher. Ich musste "nur" den Kampf mit der WEG, Elektriker, Netzbetreiber, Stromanbieter und Messstellenbetreiber über ca. 1,5 Jahre führen, und das war es dann auch schon. Alles ganz easy.
Dafür fahre ich jetzt für etwa 2,90 € / 100 km Auto. Die reinen "Spritkosten" sind damit bei mir zur Nebensache geworden.

Ich muss mir einmal meinen Frust von der Seele schreiben. Wir waren dabei, ein Haus zu kaufen. Von Privat aus der Nachbarschaft. Hatten uns bereits auf einen Kaufpreis geeinigt, die Finanzierung fertig gemacht und nur noch auf die Unterlagen der Bank für den Notar gewartet. Gestern kam alles von der Bank und der Verkäufer sagt uns ab, weil der Makler, den er seit November beauftragt hatte, jetzt auf einmal angeblich zwei Interessenten hat, die 30k mehr für das Haus bezahlen. Montag war die Besichtigung und Mittwoch sollte angeblich bereits ein Notartermin sein. Da kann der Verkäufer aber nicht. Wie soll das jetzt auf einmal so schnell gehen?
Effektiv wäre das sogar ein höherer Kaufpreis, als der, für den das Haus seit fast 4 Monaten im Netz stand und bei dem niemand ein passendes Angebot gemacht hat. Denn dann muss der Verkäufer 3,57% Courtage bezahlen.
Jetzt, wo die Zinsen um 0,5 % nach oben geschossen sind und Depotwerte gesunken sind?
Meine These: Der Makler sieht sein Geld davonschwimmen und tut gerade alles dafür, uns vom Spielfeld zu kicken. Sobald unsere Widerrufsfrist vom Kredit um ist, sind wir raus. Denn ein Zinssprung von 3,7 auf 4,2 % geht nicht, ohne massiv den Preis vom Haus zu reduzieren, was der Verkäufer so schnell nicht tun wird.
Ob er dann letztendlich das Haus in 3 Monaten 50k unter unserem Angebot verkauft, ist ihm dann egal. Er hätte immer noch deutlich mehr im Vergleich dazu, wenn er gar keinen Verkauf macht.
Gespräche mit dem Verkäufer bringen nichts, weil natürlich uneingeschränkt dem Makler vertraut wird. Er wurde ja schließlich vom Verkäufer beauftragt...
Wir haben dazu geraten, eine unabhängige Vertrauensperson (z.B. Ihren Bankberater) zu der Sache zu befragen.
Wir sind auf jeden Fall geknickt, weil wir seit fast zwei Jahren immer mal wieder auf der Suche sind, aber noch nie so nah am Ziel waren. Sind eigentlich davon ausgegangen, dass wir kommende Woche beim Notar sitzen. Aber so ist das Geschäft leider manchmal.
Bringt uns nicht um, uns geht’s gut, aber frustrierend ist es dennoch.

Jetzt meine Einschätzung: Wer hier etwas vom Kuchen abhaben will, sollte ASAP in die Gänge kommen. Das Programm hat bestenfalls für 50.000 Gebäude Geld, es gilt das Windhundverfahren. Die Fördersumme ist prinzipiell ausreichend um in vielen WEGs die Ladeinfrastruktur vollständig aufzubauen, wenn nicht gerade der komplette Zählerschrank neu gebaut werden muss. Dann reicht es aber vermutlich zumindest um das Kabel bis zum Stellplatz zu bekommen.
Wer heute noch kein Angebot von einem Elektriker hat wird vermutlich aber eines feststellen: Die Angebotspreise werden das jetzt sofort neu einpreisen.
