Kleine Sonntagslektüre (und schonmal sorry, hier geht es jetzt um maximale Subventionsausnutzung):
Wie können wir am besten die anstehende Förderung für Ladeinfrastruktur in Mehrparteienhäusern bei uns im Haus nutzen?
Da Erweiterungen von Ladeinfrastruktur förderberechtigt ist, werden wir bei mir im Haus jetzt anstreben alle Plätze auszustatten, vorbereitet sind alle und aktuell sind 7 Wallboxen von insgesamt 19 installiert.
Die maximale Förderung gibt es bei Installation von Bidirektionalen Wallboxen, bis zu 2.000€ pro Wallbox werden gefördert.
Die Wallbox selbst kostet aktuell zwischen 850-900€ (Modell easee Charge Pro) und diese ist kompatibel mit unserem bestehenden System und bidi-ready. Es bleibt also noch einiges an Fördermitteln „über“.
Für ein Bidirektionales System und die Nutzung dieses im Rahmen der existierenden Messkonzepte kommt bei uns im Haus nur die GGV in Frage… wir müssten also alle Zähler auf Smart Meter umstellen. Sind pro Zähler noch etwa 150€ an den Netzbetreiber. Das hilft dann auch später, wenn wir mal PV installieren, da brauchen wir das auch.
Darüber hinaus fällt mir dann nur noch folgendes ein:
- Die zwei Zählerräume im Haus mit Netzwerk verbinden, damit wir hier korrekte Kommunikation für das Energiemanagement schaffen
- beim Zählerschrank um eine Reihe erweitern, damit wir am Anschluss nicht auf 50A an den Wallboxen limitiert sind? Für PV hilft das dann zukünftig auch.
- Wallboxen an die Stellplätze im Hof? Eigentlich overkill.

Elektrifizierung der Mobilität ist der einfachste Weg sich selbst aus dem Teufelskreis von krasser Abhängigkeit von Energieimporten und wilden Preisschwankungen herauszunehmen.
Ja, ich denke ab Herbst wird das auch beim Strom ein blödes Thema werden. Wir sollten vielleicht sogar überlegen die EE im kommenden Winter in Lastfolge zu fahren und nicht nach Merit Order, damit wir die Nutzung der Gaskraftwerke minimieren können.
Am Ende des Jahres zählt für die meisten Menschen aber: Was habe ich für Energie in Summe ausgegeben und ich fürchte dieses Jahr wird für viele fürchterlich werden. Und dabei klagen wir noch auf ganz hohem Niveau, die Menschen und Länder in Asien haben ganz andere Probleme als wir mit der Mangellage an den Weltmärkten.
Ich hätte auch nie gedacht, dass Diesel bei uns mal teurer werden könnte als Super Plus.
