Strategically, it would be best for the Yazidis to go to the West Bank and join Israel. But they would never leave their land. The Yazidis are surrounded by enemies.

Kurdish journalist who is monitoring ISIS activity on the ground has warned: Sinjar and Yazidi are at risk. ISIS is currently distributing weapons such as RPGs, DShK and BKC/PKM machine guns, light weapons, motorbikes, and money to locals in the following areas: Tel Brak, Tel Hamis, Tel Kocher (al-Yaarubiah), and Shaddadi in Syria. They are planning to declare the caliphate but are waiting for American withdrawal from Syria to complete it. “We have been monitoring their numbers. Previously, they were in the hundreds, but now I can say the number of Islamic State fighters is in the thousands. They are preparing for a major attack and are fully coordinating with Turkey.” The above-mentioned locations are between Iraq and Syria, and they are planning to attack Sinjar, Hasakah, and Qamishlo. )

I pray the Yazidis don’t lay down a single weapon. Not now. Not ever. Baghdad, Ankara, the West — you want them defenseless again while ISIS regroups? After genocide? After mass graves? Spare us the “stability” talk. If this is your strategy: fuck you. 🖕🖕🖕
@RonaiChaker 23.02 23:11
I don’t know why, but my feeling is that not only Turkey, but also the West is supporting another genocide of the Yazidis by ISIS.
@RonaiChaker 23.02 23:08
To those in power in Iraq – and to the governments of Europe and America, Iraq is demanding the disarmament of the Yazidis in Shingal. And it openly states that Ankara is demanding it. There is no attempt to hide this. Officials themselves declare that Turkey’s political will is decisive. And this is happening now — at a time when ISIS has resurfaced. Its cells are active, its ideology is alive, its networks are operating again. The threat is real — not theoretical, not a thing of the past, but present. The Americans can think of nothing better than relocating thousands of ISIS jihadists from Syria to areas in immediate proximity to Yazidis in Iraq. Who acts this way, knowing that their primary objective would be the extermination of the remaining Yazidis? Tell me. So what exactly are we still talking about? Sovereignty? Security? Or obedience to a regional power’s demands — at the expense of a minority that has already survived genocide? Call it what it is: You are prepared to sacrifice the security of genocide survivors to appease political pressure from Turkey. You know exactly what happened in 2014. You know the mass graves. You know the reports of enslaved women, abducted children, destroyed villages. You know that Shingal became a symbol of abandonment — because state structures failed. And yet today you demand that these very survivors lay down their last means of defense. What is that if not support for genocide? What is that if not political calculation at the expense of a people who were once already meant to be erased? What is that if not gambling with the very real possibility that history will repeat itself? You argue in the name of “stabilization.” But stabilization for whom? For those exerting pressure? For strategic alliances? Certainly not for the people of Shingal — who know what it means when no one comes to protect them. The only beneficiaries here are the jihadists of the Islamic State. And the West? A genocide begins with political decisions that dismantle protection. It begins with stripping people of their right to self-defense. If ISIS reaches Shingal again, that genocide will stand as a historical consequence — and it will be associated with your names and your Western nations.

I’m not familiar with that cave, but Yazidis are generally very connected to nature. There are trees that we call the “Tree of Wishes.” In Afrin, Yazidis have been displaced. Their holy temples were destroyed, and Turkey has resettled Palestinians there.

Hi, I’m not fundamentally opposed to asylum — especially when it concerns people who are genuinely persecuted. However, I do have a serious issue with radical Muslims, because they have been responsible for the persecution of many minorities. My mother’s family is originally from Turkey and came to Germany as guest workers in the 1960s. My father’s family is from Syria. At the time, my grandfather was even offered asylum in the United States due to his connections with the Americans. However, since we had no relatives there, his children ultimately chose Germany instead. My grandfather himself never truly wanted to leave Syria. Even in the middle of the war, we had to convince him to leave. Still, he always held a long-term 20-year visa, which would have allowed him to leave the country whenever necessary. https://x.com/i/status/1795369269808792022

There is a conspiracy and coordinated plan to instrumentalize Sunni Arabs in Iraq, similar to what was done in Syria against the SDF, to launch attacks on Shiite Arabs and push them toward predominantly Shiite areas in southern Iraq, and the Julani regime is part of this plan. Kurds in Başûrê Kurdistan and Şingal are also part of this broader strategy. This is why we see the Kurdistan Region strongly supporting Rojava; they recognize the warning signs and understand what may be coming, because if Rojava falls, they will be surrounded. Now is the time for Kurds in all parts of Kurdistan to unite, strengthen their position, and prepare to assert their rights in historically Kurdish areas such as Kerkûk. All the American support and whitewashing you see for the Julani regime serves two main purposes: first, to prevent pro-Iranian militias from reestablishing themselves in Syria; and second, to use the Julani regime as part of a broader strategy aimed at countering pro-Iranian militias in Lebanon and Iraq. The Kurds refused to be drawn into this war (General Mazloum Abdi rejected Tom Barrack's proposal to attack the PMF in Iraq at a recent meeting). So who else is willing to attack Iran's interests in Syria, Iraq, and Lebanon? They establish an extremist terrorist regime in Syria made up of former ISIS, al-Qaeda, and Muslim Brotherhood terrorists, who are more than willing to attack Shia Arabs
