Also mal kurz nachrechnen was das bedeutet: MFH Altbau, 26 Parteien, so ein Haus braucht ja ungefähr 35.000 Liter im Jahr. Aktueller Preis in Berlin: 1,41 Euro pro Liter. Macht über 49.000 Euro im Jahr fürs Heizöl. Vor dem Iran-Krieg waren es noch um die 30.000 für die gleiche Menge. Also 19.000 Euro mehr, aufgeteilt auf 26 Parteien sind das gut 700 Euro pro Wohnung die einfach dazukommen. Und das ist nur Heizöl.
Von jedem Liter gehen dann noch 20 Cent a die CO2-Abgabe. Bei 35.000 Litern sind das 7.000 Euro im Jahr die der Staat mitverdient. Und darauf kommt nochmal Mehrwertsteuer. Das gleiche Prinzip wie beim Sprit an der Tankstelle!
