Meine Schlussfolgerungen und wo liegt nun das rechtliche Problem für die Schadenersatzklagen in den BioNTech - Prozessen der Geschädigten:

"Codonoptimierung", sondern die spätere Implementierung dieser Technik in einem anderen Herstellungsprozess, der diese Technologie nur mit einer Integrität von 55 Prozent umsetzte und ungeklärt blieb, was das nun für den Menschen bedeutet:

In den Vergleichbarkeitsstudien wurde ein Rückgang der RNA-Integrität bei den anfänglichen Process-2-Chargen im Vergleich zu den Process-1-Chargen festgestellt. Dabei ging es nicht um eine triviale Abweichung: Die EMA identifizierte einen „signifikanten Unterschied" im Prozentsatz der RNA-Integrität und „verkürzte Spezies" zwischen den klinischen Chargen und den vorgeschlagenen kommerziellen Chargen — von rund 78 % in Prozess 1 auf 55 % in Process2.

Der Antragsteller solle zusätzliche Daten zur weiteren Charakterisierung der verkürzten und modifizierten mRNA-Spezies im Fertigprodukt bereitstellen, so die Auflage auch an BioNTech.
Bestätigung des prozessbedingten Unterschieds auch vom Hersteller selbst: Die vorläufigen Charakterisierungsdaten zu isolierten fragmentierten Spezies deuten darauf hin, dass diese überwiegend die 5'-Cap enthalten, aber das Poly(A)-Ende fehlt, was die Hypothese stützt, dass die meisten Fragmente aus vorzeitiger Termination stammen würden.
Die von der EMA selbst geforderte klinische Brücken-Kohorte
Trotz angeblicher Identität des Wirkstoffs hatte die EMA das Kontaminationsniveau durch DNA-Plasmide bei Process 2 zur Kenntnis genommen und war besorgt, weil es weit über den zuvor publizierten Sicherheitsgrenzwerten lag.

Was also auch im Ergebnis mit der sog. Codonoptimierung über den Prozess2 geschah ist nur insoweit bekannt, dass 45% dieses Stoffs nicht den Integritätskriterien für die Kodierung entsprachen.
Möglicherweise wissen nicht alle, was eine "Codonoptimierung" ist. Bestimmte Nukleotide lassen sich in der RNA, vergleichbar wie in Schreibschrift lang und ausführlich beschreiben. Für jede der Langbeschreibungsketten, kann stattdessen auch über die Neukombination von Nukleotiden eine Kurzfassung dessen mit substantiell weniger Nukleotiden genutzt werden, um das Gleich zu beschreiben unter Beibehaltung oder möglicherweise sogar der "Optimierung" des funktionalen Ergebnisses. Warum der liebe Gott einst die Nukleotidketten so lang erschuf und wir nun meinen, diese "optimieren" zu können und zu dürfen und was das im Ergebnis in der Umsetzung im Körper beim Ablesen über die Ribosomen in den Zellen auslöst ist bisher unerforscht und dem Bereich "Try & Error" (Versuch und Irrtum) zuzuweisen. Wenn also im Rahmen dieser Kurzschreibweise dann auch noch die Integrität der mRNA Kodierung von 78 Prozent in Process1 auf 55 Prozent in Prozess2 sank, dann kann ich mir das beim besten Willen nicht gut vorstellen, weil das, was dann an Bruchstückensuppe, dsRNA, modRNA, RNA zusätzlich mit 45% Anteil in die Impfung gelangt ist ernsthaft besorgniserregend war und für mich seinerzeit schon Grund genug, die Produkte Spikevax und Comirnaty, die beide die gleiche Produktionstechnologie verwandten als "bedenkliche Arzneimittel" im Sinne von § 5 AMG einzustufen. Bedenklich ist ein Arzneimittel nicht erst dann, wenn sich die Gefahr im Schaden realisiert hat, sondern wenn erkannte Gefahren sichtbar - auch von der EMA angesprochen - vorhanden sind, die zwingend einer Abklärung vor Markteinführung bedürfen. Eine Abklärung hat nie stattgefunden. BioNTech und die EMA sollen hinter verschlossenen Türen in Kenntnis der Problematik gleichwohl Comirnaty durchgewunken haben. Aus meiner Sicht bei der objektiv festgestellten Sachlage ein Verbrechen, weil sowohl die EMA, das PEI und der Hersteller in Kenntnis der Schadensträchtigkeit und der objektiv festsgestellten Integrität des gentechnischen Stoffs dennoch die Ausrollung an die Bevölkerung zuließen.

Da wird "Lüge" krakeelt, nicht wahrgenommen, dass es einen Kontext, einen Nachtrag und eine Erklärung gibt. Dass es an jeder Absicht fehlt, an Anrüchigkeit, an Böswilligkeit. Es wird vorverurteilt und gerichtet. Verhalten bemisst die geifernde Menge nicht verhältnismäßig und fair, sondern entlang eigener #Empörung und Überheblichkeit. Texte verengt man auf einzelne Worte und Aussagen, obwohl der Gesamtzusammenhang jedem Vorwurf den Wind aus den Segeln nimmt. Für eine solche Praxis hätte Pontius Pilatus glatt einen "Like" gegeben.
Glücklicherweise gibt es auch jene, die Reflektiertheit und Aufrichtigkeit würdigen. Ich weiß selbst, wie wichtig Präzision in meinem Beruf ist. Und nicht zuletzt durch 28 Jahre Zwangserkrankung habe ich an mich stets die höchsten moralischen Ansprüche gestellt.
