Today I was chatting to a friend who has a client who owns a large hotel in Manchester (bear with me)… Let’s call the client “Fred”. Fred is a wealthy businessman who rents his hotel lock, stock and barrel to a company that provides asylum accommodation. Let’s call the company Merco. The housing manager from Merco called Fred to say the TVs in the hotel were not A rated and would they upgrade them. And he showed the type that were needed and would be acceptable - large, expensive John Lewis TVs at £900 a pop. Fred said no way! “That’ll cost me 100 grand”! Merco said “it’s ok don’t get your hair off, we’ll pay”. So Fred sourced the same TVs for £300 each. Got his handyman to install them, invoiced Merco for £100k, and pocketed the difference - about £60k. Ladies and gentlemen, when you wonder why your money is buying less and less, your taxes are rising exponentially and other people’s standard of living is increasing whilst yours is decreasing, this is but ONE reason why!

Don’t fall for the lie that Jews were “safe” under Muslim majority rule. This day (March 26) in 1839, in Mashhad, Persia (today’s Iran), a Muslim boy—angry over the wages he’d received from a Jewish woman—ran through the streets screaming a blood libel: that the Jews had killed a dog and named it “Hussein” to mock Muslims on their holiest day of mourning. Thousands of frenzied Muslims stormed the Jewish Quarter, burned the synagogue to the ground, looted and destroyed homes, and murdered 32 Jews. The survivors were given a stark choice: convert to Islam or die. The entire community chose survival. They outwardly became Muslims. For the next century, the Mashhadi Jews lived a double life—publicly “new Muslims,” privately observing Shabbat, circumcision, kosher laws, and Jewish holidays behind closed doors, at constant risk of discovery and death.

Here is what frustrates me about mainline reporters. I had a 30 minute on-the-record conversation (I won't do this whisper crap) with this reporter and explained in detail what was wrong with the Fabrizo poll -- in great detail which he clearly understood. I also explained the merit of our alternative poll. None of this appears in his article. There is a line of thinking and all the "reporting" is designed to back that. Anything that does not is dropped. https://www.theatlantic.com/health/2026/03/cdc-director-hhs-kennedy-bhattacharya/686541/

We need a tax on self-driving cars. Beneath eight states of the American Great Plains lies the Ogallala Aquifer, one of the largest bodies of groundwater on Earth. For centuries, extraction was constrained by the modest capacities of wind and hand power. At that rate, this 'fossil water' resource was effectively limitless. Farmers could draw as much as they wanted without ever running it down. https://worksinprogress.co/issue/escaping-the-ogallala-trap/ But in 1949 Colorado Farmer Frank Zybach invented centre-pivot irrigation. Combined with electricity and the centrifugal pump, farmers could now draw thousands of gallons per well per minute, enough to irrigate 40 acres at a time. Since then, the aquifer has gone down 10%, losing a Lake Erie's worth of water. It is down 50% in the dry parts, where it recharges just 0.02 inches per year. Without intervention, modern pumps will bring about the total end of irrigated farming in the arid parts of the Great Plains in 20-30 years. This is what I call the Ogallala Trap. Technological change can create a new tragedy of the commons. The telegraph enabled the destruction of the passenger pigeon; sonar, radar, and diesel enabled the industrial trawling that devastated the North Sea cod in a decade; chlorofluorocarbons came close to destroying the ozone layer. Self-driving cars are about to do the same thing to roads. When you can sleep, work, or drink with friends in a moving vehicle, you will take many more journeys by car. Roads, which are free at the point of use almost everywhere, will grind to a halt. People who have to go to the office or the hospital will be stuck sharing the road with people having beers, working remotely, and taking naps. There is a fix, but it depends on acting now, before autonomous vehicles go mainstream. Voters balk at being charged more for something they already depend on. The tax needs to come in as soon as possible. Waymos are already in dozens of cities and do millions of journeys per month. We have very little time left. If we want to save our roads from omnigridlock, we must introduce road pricing for autonomous vehicles.

Trump’s confabulations reach new hights. He says that he negotiates with Iran and that "They're great negotiators." Problem is that there is no negotiation. “We’re winning so big, nobody’s ever seen anything like we’re doing in the Middle East with Iran … And they are negotiating by the way, and they want to make a deal so badly, but they’re afraid to say it.” I argued four days ago that Trump cannot be removed from office for reasons of insanity, https://bit.ly/4t1vwi4, but maybe I am wrong. At any rate, he should be removed as quickly as possible.

Three weeks from today, (16th April),the UK @covidinquiryuk will publish its Module 4 report on vaccines and therapeutics — a pivotal moment for those whose lives have been changed forever. For too long, vaccine injured people and bereaved families have felt overlooked. This report must not only acknowledge their experiences, but deliver clear, meaningful recommendations to ensure they are properly recognised, supported, and treated with fairness and dignity. What matters most is what comes next. We urge the government to act swiftly and decisively on the findings — not to delay, deflect, or diminish them. Behind every statistic is a person, a family, and a story that deserves to be heard.

In this clip, Dr. Joel Wallskog explains why ICD-10 codes are so important. Right now, there is no specific code for COVID-19 vaccine adverse effects. That means: -Providers are forced to use a wide range of different codes -Patient records become scattered and inconsistent -Injuries are harder to track, study, and understand But it goes beyond documentation. Medical codes drive: -Diagnosis and clinical recognition -Insurance billing and reimbursement -Public health data and research Without a specific code, cases are less likely to be clearly identified and even less likely to be fully reimbursed or studied. A dedicated code helps bring consistency, visibility, and accountability to patient care. Five years ago, telling your mortgage lender you owned Bitcoin was a red flag. Today, Fannie Mae is backing home loans where Bitcoin IS the down payment. That's not a crypto startup. That's the U.S. government's mortgage backbone treating Bitcoin as collateral with the same protections as a conventional 30-year home loan. Here's what changed: 41% of American families fail to buy a home because they can't scrape together the cash for a down payment. Not because they're broke. Because their wealth is locked in assets they'd have to sell, triggering capital gains, paperwork, and a tax bill that eats the down payment itself. Bitcoiners know this trap better than anyone. You're sitting on life-changing wealth and the system punishes you for trying to use it. This product eliminates that wall. Pledge BTC or USDC as collateral, receive a loan for the down payment, keep your Bitcoin, pay no capital gains. Rate is 0.5 to 1.5 points above standard depending on borrower profile. The key detail: no margin calls. No collateral top-ups. If Bitcoin drops in value, the mortgage terms remain unchanged and no additional collateral is required. Market movements alone never trigger liquidation. The only liquidation risk is a 60-day payment delinquency, same as any conventional mortgage. This is how billionaires have operated for decades. Borrow against assets, never sell. Private banks built empires on this model for the ultra-wealthy. The difference now: it's available to anyone holding Bitcoin on an exchange. The real story isn't the product. It's what Fannie Mae's involvement signals. A government-sponsored enterprise formally underwriting Bitcoin-collateralized debt means the U.S. housing system no longer views Bitcoin as speculation. It views it as wealth. That's a classification shift that took 15 years to happen and will be impossible to reverse.

25 years ago today, March 26, 2001, a Palestinian sniper deliberately put a baby in his crosshairs and pulled the trigger. Ten-month-old Shalhevet Pass was in her stroller near a public playground when the sniper’s bullet struck her tiny head, killing her instantly. When her father, Yitzhak, tried to shield his daughter's body, the sniper fired two more times and wounded him in both legs. This terrorist specifically chose a Jewish infant as his target. This was pure, premeditated brutality - the kind Palestinian terrorists have shown again and again by targeting children and even babies in strollers, playgrounds, and bedrooms. It wasn’t collateral damage. It was the point. The timing made it even more grotesque. Just months earlier, at Camp David, Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak offered Yasser Arafat a Palestinian state with a capital in East Jerusalem; Arafat walked away without a counteroffer, ignited the Second Intifada, and unleashed a wave of terror that included this monstrous act. The murder of Shalhevet Pass shook Israeli society to its core. An innocent baby in diapers, executed in broad daylight in front of her parents. Memorial candles blanketed the neighborhood. Her mother clung to her daughter’s lifeless body for hours. Making matters even worse, the killer was Mahmud Amru, a member of Tanzim - the armed militia that reports directly to Fatah, the party founded by Arafat and still led today by Mahmoud Abbas. This wasn’t Hamas. This was the “moderate” Palestinian leadership’s own terrorist arm. And here’s the part that exposes the moral rot at the heart of the Palestinian Authority: under its official “pay for slay” policy, the PA has funneled hundreds of thousands of dollars — likely half a million or more over two decades — in monthly salaries and benefits to Amru for murdering a Jewish baby. The more Jews you kill, the bigger the reward. It’s not welfare. It’s blood money, paid straight from the PA budget, incentivizing exactly this kind of savagery. Shalhevet Pass was not a “settler” or a “soldier.” She was a baby. Her only “crime” was being Jewish in the Jewish homeland. Twenty-five years later, the same PA that glorifies her murderer still runs the same system, still funds the same hatred, and still pretends to want peace.
