The lawsuit resulted in a consent decree which forced the government to admit that this censorship occurred and blocked the agencies that were sued from engaging in this behavior for 10 years.
“That included the Office of the Surgeon General of the United States, the CDC… and the Department of Homeland Security, specifically the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency.”
But because it only resulted in a consent decree, not a court opinion, its scope is limited.
“It only runs against the defendants who were sued, and it only benefits the particular plaintiffs in this lawsuit.”
“There were some other agencies that were sued initially, including the FBI, [that] are not part of the consent decree.”
“But we were able to go after most of the agencies that did most of the bad things in this lawsuit.”

Out of the 390,000 free text submissions, the CDC’s V-Safe data revealed:
• 1 in 1,300 individuals reported experiencing Bell’s palsy (facial paralysis) in the initial few days after vaccination.
• 1 in 906 individuals reported disturbances in their normal menstrual cycle following vaccination.
• 1 in 450 individuals reportedly experienced shingles after receiving the vaccine.
• 1 in 160 individuals reported tinnitus or ringing in the ears.
• 1 in 143 individuals experienced heart palpitations after vaccination during the initial reporting period.
“Safe and effective”?
Attorney Aaron Siri remarked, “I think this is reflective of why the CDC fought so hard because this is probably the best reflection of what the true safety profile is.”
