And still, you stood.
You were mocked as irrational. Painted as dangerous. Deplatformed. Censored. 'Fact-checked.' Threatened. Arrested. Some of you were physically assaulted. Some lost careers, friends, reputations, family. The hostility didn’t just come from institutions, it came from neighbours, colleagues, strangers in the street. From the self-proclaimed 'compassionate.' From the enforcers of 'safety.' From police who forgot restraint. From citizens who forgot humanity.
I know. Because I was there. I was arrested - sometimes violently - beaten, charged and convicted. Multiple times. Arrested as a terrorist and placed on a watch-list as a 'prolific anti-vaxxer.'
They tried to outlaw your speech - literally. They tried to erase your questions. They wanted silence... total, obedient silence.
And you refused.
History has a pattern: the people who are first to speak are always punished hardest. It is only later - when the dust settles and the narrative softens - that others cautiously admit what those early dissenters endured.
But those of us who were there know.
We know the cost.
We know the fear.
We know how alone it felt.
And we also know this: without those stubborn, 'crazy,' humanitarian, brave souls who refused to comply, who tried to inform others - the damage would have been worse. The injuries. The deaths.
You were not reckless. You were resolute. You were not selfish. You were principled.
You were not insane. You were early.
And whether the world acknowledges it or not; lives were saved because you would not be intimidated or coerced into silence.
That kind of courage doesn’t disappear just because the headlines move on.
It remains.
And it matters.
Still.
If you survived that.
If you did not acquiesce.
If you kept fighting...

Because that time was not just a test of compliance for the masses, it was a test of endurance.
And you passed.

Zum Urteil des Brandenburger Verfassungsgerichts zur 2G-Regelung aus dem November 2021 erklärt der coronapolitische Sprecher der BSW-Fraktion, Christian Dorst:
„Dieses Urteil ist kein Schlussstrich, sondern ein politisches Signal. Es vermittelt den Eindruck, als könne man tiefgreifende Grundrechtseingriffe im Nachhinein mit dem Verweis auf eine diffuse Informationslage rechtfertigen. Das ist gefährlich für unseren Rechtsstaat.“
Dorst weiter: „Die 2G-Regel war der staatlich organisierte Ausschluss eines Teils der Bevölkerung vom öffentlichen Leben. Restaurants, Kulturveranstaltungen, Sport – für Millionen Menschen war das tabu. Das war eine faktische Zweiklassengesellschaft. Und diese Spaltung wird nun nachträglich legitimiert.“
Dorst erklärt: „Wenn das Gericht sagt, die Maßnahmen seien aufgrund der ‚damals vorhandenen Informationen‘ gerechtfertigt gewesen, dann läuft das auf einen Generalpardon für nahezu jede politische Entscheidung in der Krise hinaus. Genau das darf es in einem Rechtsstaat nicht geben. Gerade in Ausnahmesituationen müssen Maßstäbe besonders streng sein.“
Dorst betont: „Es geht hier nicht um die AfD, sondern um das Prinzip. Darf eine Minderheit pauschal ausgeschlossen werden? Dürfen Existenzen von Gastronomen, Kulturschaffenden und Veranstaltern durch staatliche Zugangsbeschränkungen massiv gefährdet werden? Diese grundsätzlichen Fragen bleiben unbeantwortet.“
Abschließend sagt Dorst: „Wir brauchen endlich eine echte, umfassende Aufarbeitung der Corona-Politik. Nicht nur juristische Detailfragen, sondern die zentrale Frage nach der Verhältnismäßigkeit, nach politischer Verantwortung und nach dem Einfluss wirtschaftlicher Interessen. Die Bürger haben ein Recht darauf zu erfahren, warum ihre Freiheitsrechte so weitreichend eingeschränkt wurden – und wie verhindert wird, dass sich eine solche Politik der Ausgrenzung wiederholt.“

Leute, was für ein Jubiläum. @punktpreradovic wird heute 6 Jahre alt. 🥳Gestartet am 24. Februar 2020, kurz vor der wohl absurdesten und aufreibendsten Zeit unseres Lebens. Und das "Baby" hat sich mitten reingeworfen. Ich hatte das Glück, die wohl interessantesten und mutigsten Menschen, Wissenschaftler, Ärzte, Menschenrechtler, Juristen etc interviewen zu dürfen.
