Weiter Erneuerbare ausbauen und zudem CCS-Anlagen neben die Überkapazitäten stellen, um aus der Überkapazität Methan und Ethanol aus der Luft zu gewinnen. Dazu hat der Chinesische Staat nun die Forschung für CCS massiv hochgefahren.
Ab 1 Cent/kWh und noch tieferen Preisen lohnt es sich, CCS zu betreiben. Diese Preise kann man bei Überkapazitäten erreichen, auch in Deutschland.
Damit wäre dann das Problem der negativen Strompreise gelöst und man könnte Methan und Ethanol für die chemische Industrie gewinnen.
Parallel wird natürlich der Netzausbau vorangetrieben und auch die Batteriespeicherung. Denn man will ja am Ende die komplette Energieversorgung auf Strom umstellen und auch dann noch weiter über Überkapazitäten und CCS CO2 aus der Luft holen und sich Chemikalien für die Industrie herstellen.
Dann muss China kein Öl mehr importieren, sondern zieht sich das, was man für die Industrie als Rohstoff benötigt, aus der Luft.
So sieht das aus, wenn eine Regierung denkt, bevor sie handelt.
