Das gehörte zum breiteren System der COVID-Zensur („misinformation“/„vaccine hesitancy“).
Diese Klage läuft unabhängig vom Missouri-v.-Biden-Fall, der gerade (März 2026) mit einem historischen Vergleich endete. Darin verpflichtet sich die Regierung u. a., keine Social-Media-Plattformen mehr zu zwingen, geschützte Meinungsäußerungen zu löschen.
