A year ago my daughter was inspired to insist on my father flying out to visit us for her NJROTC ceremony at school. Anyone that attended the ceremony would think that flying him out may have been overkill but it was a gift. He flew by himself and was so proud, it gave his self-esteem a massive boost- and for two days- two whole days I had my old dad back. We played cards, watched the SAS and really got to say goodbye.
We feel very blessed to not only have had him as a father but to have had 6 years to say goodbye.
Oh and f* every single person at Bayer/Monsanto and the FDA who greenlit glyphosate.

🇬🇧 The Ministry of Justice has ordered the deletion of the UK's largest court reporting archive.
Courtsdesk, a platform launched to improve media access to magistrates' court data has been ordered to delete its archive of records by David Lammy's Ministry of Justice.
According to Courtsdesk, the platform has since been used by more than 1,500 journalists from 39 media organisations and the data provided has highlighted serious failures in the courts system.
It said journalists were given no advance notice of 1.6 million criminal hearings, the number of court cases listed was accurate on just 4.2 per cent of sitting days and half a million weekend cases were heard with no notification to the press.
In November, HM Courts and Tribunal Service issued the company a cessation notice, citing what it called "unauthorised sharing" of court data, on the basis of a test feature, claiming this was a "data protection issue."
Enda Leahy, the Courtsdesk chief executive said: "We built the only system that could tell journalists what was actually happening in the criminal courts.
We wrote 16 times asking for dialogue. Last week we got our answer: delete everything. If the government were interested in open justice, they would engage in a dialogue."

Aber keine Sorge – Rettung naht aus der Wüste!
Laut Handelsblatt soll ein 4.800 Kilometer langes Stromkabel Deutschland mit Marokko verbinden. Photovoltaik, Windparks und Batteriespeicher inklusive. Exklusiv für uns natürlich.
26 Terawattstunden pro Jahr sollen so nach Deutschland fließen – fast so viel wie die letzten drei Kernkraftwerke geliefert haben. Ein echtes Jeckenkabel!
Und während uns damals erklärt wurde, wir hätten gar kein Stromproblem, sondern nur ein Gasproblem, plant man gleichzeitig neue Gaskraftwerke. Logisch – Karneval folgt eben eigenen Gesetzen.
Was das ganze Projekt kosten wird? Weiß noch keiner so genau. Aber macht nichts: Wir sind ja eine reiche Nation. Bezahlen dürfen erst einmal die Stromkunden. Und wenn’s zu teuer wird, springen Subventionen ein – der Steuerzahler freut sich.
Aber Kopf hoch: Hauptsache, die Leitung ist lang genug und der Strom kommt weit her. Regional ist ja auch irgendwie altmodisch.

Zum Thema Corona habe ich seit 2020 für meine Mandantschaft viele Klagen zur Klärung von verfassungsrechtlichen Grundsatzfragen geführt, zahlreiche Gastbeiträge verfasst, Interviews gegeben, Vorträge gehalten, Schriftsätze veröffentlicht und immer wieder eine Aufarbeitung angemahnt.
Neben der Kritik an vielen falschen politischen und juristischen Entscheidungen habe ich von Beginn an für einen offenen Diskurs plädiert. Er wurde seitens der Regierenden und zu vielen Journalist*innen systematisch verhindert. So lange, bis die einen irrational Angst vor Covid und die anderen vor dem Staat hatten (1).
Die Verunmöglichung eines pluralistischen und fairen Diskurses unter Anwendung der Regeln des kritischen Rationalismus war wahrscheinlich der Kardinalfehler während der Coronazeit.
Überdeutlich wird das in dem Bericht über Dennis Hehlgans und dem Umgang mit seinem mutmaßlichen Impfschaden (2): „Freunde hatten ihn aufgefordert, seine Aufklärung im Internet einzustellen, weil dies nur der AfD helfe.“
Im Jahr 2021 haben sich bei mir unabhängig voneinander mehrere Ärzt*innen gemeldet und auf von ihnen beobachtete Impfschäden durch die Corona-Impfungen hingewiesen. Ich bot ihnen die Vermittlung an die Presse an, doch diesen Mut wolle niemand von ihnen aufbringen. Ihre Angst war nachvollziehbar. Kritik hatte damals einen hohen Preis - Schweigen aber auch.
Den flächendeckenden medialen Versäumnissen kommt hierbei eine erhebliche Verantwortung zu.
Für eine Mandantin klagte ich Ende August 2020 gegen das RKI. Wir beanstandeten die aggravierende und damit faktenwidrige Darstellung bzw. Bewertung des Infektionsgeschens. T-online griff das auf und zitierte mich: „Es ist von überragender Bedeutung, dass sich das RKI einer verzerrenden, übertriebenen Berichterstattung enthält. Es hat sich wissenschaftlich zu äußern und nicht politisch.“
Juristischen Erfolg hatte die Klage keinen, aber das RKI passte seine Formulierungen an (siehe unten, RKI-Protokoll vom 31.8.2020).
Die RKI-Files haben Jahre später gezeigt, dass unsere Kritik an der politischen statt der rein wissenschaftlichen Kommunikation berechtigt war.
Der t-online Artikel hingegen war seinerzeit tendenziös geschrieben. Damit war t-online aber keineswegs alleine. Ob Spiegel, Süddeutsche Zeitung, die tagesschau usw usf., viele Leitmedien hatten sich vorschnell auf die Seite der Regierenden geschlagen statt kritisch das staatliche Handeln zu hinterfragen.

Jeffrey Epsteins offizielles Todesdatum ist der 10. August 2019. Ein Wärter fand ihn kurz nach 6:30 Uhr leblos in seiner Zelle.
In den kürzlich freigegebenen Epstein-Akten taucht aber ein Entwurf einer Pressemitteilung der U.S. Attorney’s Office Southern District of New York auf – datiert auf den 9. August 2019. Also einen Tag früher. Der Text informiert bereits über Epsteins Tod in der Zelle. Vom „offensichtlichen Suizid“ steht da noch nichts – diese Formulierung kam erst am 10. hinzu.
Dazu die bekannten Pannen in jener Nacht:
- Kontrollgänge (alle 30 Min.) → nicht gemacht
- Wachpersonal → massiv unterbesetzt (nur zwei Beamte)
- Überwachungskameras → defekt / kein Material
- Epstein → entgegen Vorschrift allein in der Zelle (Zellengenosse kurz vorher verlegt)
So viele Zufälle auf einmal? Ganz sicher nicht.
