This agency does not need another cheerleader for industry; it needs a regulator over industry.
Her prior promotion, let alone mandates, of nearly a dozen different vaccines leave little hope she will objectively oversee CDC’s vaccine program which has, between 1986 and the 2026, gone from 3 injections to 29 injections, including in utero, by an infant’s first birthday, while chronic childhood disease has gone from under 10% to over 40% of children, most related to immune system dysregulation.

Its just a never ending need for revenue in these cities. Take Philadelphia.
The Philadelphia school district annual budget is now $4.6 billion.
It faces a $300million structural budget deficit for the '26-'27 school year almost entirely because of expiring federal pandemic relief.
As a result, a new revenue source has been proposed - a $1 rideshare tax that Philadelphia Politicians say ride share companies should absorb.
Take 15 minutes to peel back the layers on this -- 2016 budget was ~$2.9billion , so in 10 years the budget has ballooned by 60%.
In the same time period total enrollment for public schools is essentially flat to slightly down. This means the purported per student spending has gone from ~$14,000 to $23,000. If you look a little closely, you see a jump a big jump in the budget from 2021->2022. What happened ?
This is because of ARPA, which stands for the American Rescue Plan Act — it was the $1.9 trillion federal stimulus bill signed by President Biden in March 2021 in response to COVID-19. For school districts specifically, it included a dedicated fund called ESSER (Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief) that sent massive one-time grants to districts based on their share of low-income students.
Philadelphia, as one of the poorest large cities in America, received an outsized share, ~$1.1 billion total over the pandemic relief period. You can see it clearly in the chart: FY2022 and FY2023 are the two years where the federal grant recovery funds ($861M and $459M respectively) inflated the total budget well above the underlying trend. Without ARPA, the FY2022 budget would have been around $3.2B, not $4.1B.
The catch is that ARPA was supposed to be one-time stimulus with an expiration date. Districts used it to hire staff, expand programs. When the funds expired at the end of 2024, all of those ongoing commitments remained but the revenue disappeared, creating the structural $300M deficit the district is now trying to close with additional taxes on the populace.
So the Philadelphia School District has effectively used the COVID pandemic crisis to set a new baseline for what it "needs" to function. You will be completely unsurprised to hear that Philadelphia, despite the funding, continues to rank near the bottom in terms of outcomes one would typically care about like reading and math.
Despite the absolute torrent of funding that has been applied here, 50-60% of Philadelphia public school students are unable to read or do a math at a basic level. This is multiple times worse than the national average of 30-40%, which is already a pretty terrible indictment of the education system. Philadelphia is still uniquely bad.
Its pretty clear the Philadelphia school district is a gigantic welfare program that employs a lot of people, and generates a lot of contracts under the pretense of educating students. The catch — and this is the core of the district's current fiscal crisis — is that ARPA was explicitly one-time money with an expiration date. The only thing worse than what's happening is the news coverage on the topic in Philadelphia. Local media presents this as a budget shortfall with no context, which naturally leads many of the good people in Philadelphia with the impression that we're doing a good thing by raising some additional revenue for our local schools. Seems the compassionate thing to do.... except they are just being duped by the politician-policy world that would gladly redistribute the entirety of your income, and it still wouldn't be enough.

Es ist im Verfahren vor dem Landgericht Hamburg ganz im Gegenteil komplett unstreitig geblieben, dass keine Deutschen mit Migrationshintergrund ausgewiesen werden sollten oder ihnen gar die Staatsangehörigkeit entzogen werden sollte. Martin Sellner hat in Potsdam sogar ausdrücklich gesagt, dass dies nicht gehe. Begreifen Sie iÜ wirklich nicht, dass das Landgericht Hamburg eine Meinungsäußerung bejaht hat und daher gar nicht einmal über den Wahrheitsgehalt zu entscheiden hatte?
3. „Beide Urteile sind nicht rechtskräftig. Nichts ist also entschieden.“
Selbstverständlich ist entgegen Ihrer Aussage etwas entschieden: Das Landgericht Berlin hat die Falschbehauptungen von Correctiv verboten. Auf Rechtskraft kommt es dabei nicht an. Verstehen Sie, dass bereits jetzt ein Unterlassungsanspruch besteht, der von Correctiv umgesetzt werden muss und der notfalls vollstreckt werden kann? Und verstehen Sie auch, dass das Oberlandesgericht Hamburg eine Entscheidung des Landgerichts Berlin nicht aufheben kann? Das Kammergericht Berlin könnte es. Eine juristisch bindende Entscheidung ist entgegen Ihrer falschen Behauptung trotzdem bereits jetzt da und sie muss von Correctiv eingehalten werden.
4. „Konkret geht es um die Frage: Sollen auch Deutsche mit Migrationshintergrund ausgewiesen werden?“
Sie tun schon wieder so, als bestehe Unklarheit darüber, ob die Kernfrage stimmt, wonach Deutsche mit Migrationshintergrund ausgewiesen werden sollten. Hierüber besteht entgegen Ihrer falschen Insinuation absolut keine Unklarheit. Niemand behauptet (mehr), dass in Potsdam irgendjemand gefordert habe, das Deutsche ausgewiesen werden sollten. Nicht einmal Correctiv behauptet das noch. Allerdings haben Sie in der ARD diesen Unsinn Millionen Fernsehzuschauern gegenüber verbreitet, sie so in die Irre geführt und auf die Straßen getrieben. Back in 2019, we knew that Atkinson had changed the form, but we didn't KNOW whether Ciaramella had used the new form or the old form. It turns out that he had used the old form - the form which required first hand knowledge. The copy of Ciaramella form made public excluded the first two instruction pages in which the firsthand requirement was stated. While Atkinson subsequently changed the form, it was the earlier form that was submitted (sans the two instruction pages.)
Atkinson's position was that Ciaramella had first hand knowledge of some things. However, the things that he had first hand knowledge of do not appear to have been especially relevant.
Atkinson cited Grassley as authority that secondhand information should be permitted for a whistleblower report. But Atkinson glossed over difference between a non-urgent concern and an urgent concern. This doesn't seem to have been focussed on in discussion. The requirement for firsthand knowledge was reasonable enough for an "urgent" concern.
Another point that hasn't been discussed much. In the Solomon articles in March-April 2019 which led into these discussions, there was discussion of Ukrainian interference in the 2016 election. Trump's contiguous discussion of the CrowdStrike server supports the possibility that Trump was seeking investigation of 2016 election interference - an entirely proper request - as opposed to anticipatory interference in the 2020 election. One of the major misunderstandings of Ukrainian interference in the 2016 is that the interference was initiated by Biden cadres (especially at the Jan 2016 meeting with Ukrainiain prosecutors and Biden cadres while Biden was a leading candidate for nomination) and resulted in the Black Ledger operation that decapitated Paul Manafort as campaign chair in August 2016. The role of Biden cadres in this interference has been clouded by incorrect pointing at Clinton campaign.
There was obviously no way that any of Ciaramella, Wilde or Atkinson could have reasonably been sure that the issues raised by Trump weren't related to past 2016 events, as opposed to still distant 2020 events where Biden's nomination was far from guaranteed.
The issue of Ukrainian interference in the 2016 election surfaced from time to time in the 2019 impeachment hearings, but was ridiculed and shouted down by State Department officials. None of the Republicans or their staff appear to have been well enough informed to focus on the valid issues.
