Interestingly enough, the racist/misogynist medical system has not done a very good job maintaining the white male patriarchy that I hear about frequently.
I understand that the 5x rise in proportion of black physicians is viewed as not enough of an increase, but that’s a pretty marked change associated with medical school admission policies that have heavily accounted for race.

When you think it can’t get any worse… Canada is now trying to euthanise people for BACK PAIN.
Miriam Lancaster visited the emergency room after waking up one morning with a sore back.
The doctor’s first suggestion:
Euthanasia.
She had no long-term health issues. They hadn’t even examined her back. And they were already offering to kill her.
You heard that right.
In Miriam’s own words:
“I went to the Vancouver General Hospital and I was approached by a young lady doctor whose very first words out of her mouth were, ‘We would like to offer you MAiD.’”
“I was taken aback. That was the last thing on my mind. I just wanted to find out why I was in pain. I did not want to die.”
Canada’s MAiD program was initially sold as a compassionate last resort for the terminally ill. A narrow “last resort” for those who were terminally ill, in immeasurable pain. And unable to maintain a basic quality of life.
But that was never the reality.
Euthanasia is state-sanctioned organ harvesting and legalised murder.
A healthy 84-year-old woman with no history of illness shows up in the ER with a bad back… and the very first offer is a lethal injection.
No tests.
No investigations.
No other options.
Just “we think you should die.”
Miriam, thankfully, refused. She spent a month in the hospital healing from a spinal fracture and made a full recovery. She has since even climbed a volcano and went on international hiking trips.
But her story is just one of thousands, and too many like her have bowed down to the pressure of the medical “professionals” who are supposed to save and protect them.
How many others weren’t given that chance? How many were worn down, pressured, or simply told this was their only option?
We just saw the coercion, murder, and organ harvest of Noelia Castillo Ramos by the Spanish state.
Who was stolen from her parents, gang-raped, traumatised so badly she tried to end her life, then left paraplegic. Doctors coerced her into agreeing to die. Then, when she started having second thoughts, they told her that her organs had already been “reserved.” They stopped her bed friend from seeing her on the day she was killed because they worried she’s change Noelia’s mind.
In Belgium, children are being granted the ‘dignity’ to die before they’re even old enough to sign a legal contract.
Paralympic athletes who simply asked for a mobility aid have had their doctor suggest euthanasia instead.
We are told that assisted dying is dignified.
That liberalisation is inevitable.
That this is the evolution of a ‘free’ society.
But where is the freedom in a society which pressures the vulnerable to die against their will?
Where is the dignity in treating our fellow humans like produce on a shelf, to be discarded once they pass their ‘Best Before’ date?
This was always the plan.
Turn medicine into a kill switch for anyone who costs too much or complains too loud.
If they’ll float MAiD to an 84-year-old with a fixable back injury in the ER, imagine what they’re whispering to the depressed, the disabled, the lonely, or the broke.
Never let them talk you into believing your life is the problem. Or that death is the solution.
Fight for your life.
Because this isn’t healthcare. It’s a cull. And it’s accelerating.

כאשר מביטים בנתוני המקרו היבשים של שנת 2025, אפשר להתפתות לאופטימיות זהירה: המשק הישראלי צמח ב-2.9%, נתון חיובי לכאורה בשנה של מלחמה עצימה. אולם, בנק ישראל מקדיש פרק ניתוחי מבריק ונוקב כדי לפרק את האשליה הזו. הדו״ח שואל שאלה פשוטה אך מטרידה: האם צמיחת המשק משקפת את רמת החיים של האזרח? התשובה של הבנק המרכזי היא לא מהדהד.
כדי להבין את הפער בין נתוני הצמיחה לתחושת המועקה הכלכלית של הציבור, בנק ישראל מבצע "ניתוח חשבונאי מתקן" ומציג את המושג "אובדן רווחה" (Loss of Welfare). התוצאה היא נתון מצמרר: האזרח הישראלי הממוצע איבד עשרות אלפי שקלים מרמת חייו מאז פרוץ המלחמה ב-7 באוקטובר. הנה ההסבר כיצד בנק ישראל חושף את המחיר האמיתי הזה.
הבלוף של התוצר המקומי הגולמי (תמ״ג)
התמ״ג הוא המדד המקובל בעולם למדידת גודלה של כלכלה, אך בעת מלחמה הוא הופך למדד עיוור. מדוע? משום שהתמ״ג סוכם את כל הפעילות הכלכלית במשק, ללא הבחנה בטיבה.
כאשר הממשלה מייצרת או רוכשת פגזי טנקים, מזל"טים ומיירטי כיפת ברזל במיליארדי שקלים – התמ״ג של ישראל צומח. כאשר המדינה משלמת מיליארדים למשרתי מילואים ולחברות בנייה שמשקמות בתים הרוסים בעוטף עזה או בצפון – התמ״ג עולה. אולם, האם ייצור של טיל מיירט או בנייה מחדש של קיר שנהרס משפרים את רמת החיים של האזרח הישראלי? האם הם מאפשרים לו לקנות יותר, לנסוע לחופשה, או להשקיע בחינוך ילדיו? התשובה היא לא. זוהי כלכלה של הישרדות, לא כלכלה של שגשוג.
בנק ישראל מציין כי הפסד התוצר המצטבר של ישראל (הפער בין קו המגמה שהיה צפוי לולא המלחמה לבין מה שיוצר בפועל) עומד על 8.6% מהתוצר, שהם כ-175 מיליארד שקלים. התוצר העסקי הטהור (שאינו כולל פעילות ממשלתית) ספג מכה קשה אף יותר וסטה ב-11.1% ממסלולו. אך גם המספרים הללו לא מספרים את כל הסיפור על האזרח הקטן.
קילוף השכבות: הדרך אל "ההכנסה האזרחית"
כדי לאמוד את ה"רווחה" האמיתית – כלומר, מה שנשאר לאזרח ביד – כלכלני בנק ישראל יצרו מדד חדש ומדויק יותר: "ההכנסה מפעילות אזרחית לנפש". כדי להגיע אליו, הם קילפו את הנתונים הכלכליים בשלושה שלבים קפדניים:
מתוצר (GDP) להכנסה לאומית (GNI): ראשית, הבנק מנכה מהתמ״ג את כל הרווחים של חברות זרות הפועלות בישראל (רב-לאומיות) ואת המשכורות ששולמו לעובדים זרים (מספר שגדל דרמטית עקב הבאת רבבות פועלים זרים לענף הבנייה). כסף זה יוצא מהארץ ואינו תורם לרווחת הישראלים.
ניכוי כלכלת המלחמה: זהו השלב הקריטי ביותר. הבנק מפחית מההכנסה הלאומית את הצריכה הציבורית הביטחונית. כלומר, מוחקים מהמשוואה את כל המיליארדים שנשפכו על חימוש, תפעול הצבא ומערכי הביטחון.
חלוקה לאזרחים: לבסוף, מחלקים את הסכום הנותר בסך האוכלוסייה, ומנכים את האינפלציה כדי לקבל מונחים ריאליים.
השורה התחתונה: חשבון הנפש של האזרח
כאשר בנק ישראל מציב את נתוני ה"הכנסה האזרחית לנפש" של שנות המלחמה מול קו המגמה שהיה צפוי טרום המלחמה, מתגלה בור עמוק. אובדן הרווחה המצטבר של האזרח הישראלי, על פני 9 הרביעים של המלחמה (מחישוב הרבעון האחרון של 2023 ועד סוף 2025), עומד על כ-35,000 שקלים לנפש.
כדי להבין את סדר הגודל של הדרמה הכלכלית הזו, נתרגם זאת למשק בית ממוצע: משפחה ישראלית בת ארבע נפשות חוותה במהלך השנתיים האחרונות אובדן רווחה תיאורטי של כ-140,000 שקלים.
היכן הכסף? המס הסמוי של עתידנו
הקורא הסביר עשוי לשאול את עצמו: "לא הרגשתי שאיבדתי 35 אלף שקל. לא ירד לי סכום כזה מהעו"ש, איך זה ייתכן?"
בנק ישראל ממהר להבהיר: "אין הכוונה שכל פרט באוכלוסייה שילם מכיסו סכום זה". הציבור אכן לא שילם את כל הסכום הזה במזומן מכיסו באופן ישיר ומיידי. כיצד בכל זאת אנו "משלמים" את אובדן הרווחה הזה?
שחיקת שכר והזדמנויות: ההכנסה הפנויה של הציבור הייתה אמורה להיות גבוהה בהרבה אילו המשק היה ממשיך בצמיחה רגילה. אובדן הרווחה מגולם בשכר שלא עלה, בבונוסים שלא חולקו, ובעסקים קטנים שלא קמו או שלא צמחו.
אינפלציה ויוקר מחיה: חלק מהאובדן שולם בקופה בסופרמרקט. עליית המחירים (שנבעה ממגבלות היצע ובעיות לוגיסטיקה במלחמה) שחקה את כוח הקנייה של הכסף שלנו.
שירותים ציבוריים מורעבים: כאשר המדינה מפנה עשרות מיליארדים לביטחון, היא מקצצת בפועל בחינוך, בתשתיות ובבריאות (כפי שהומחש בפרק הקשה על קריסת מערך בריאות הנפש). אזרח שממתין חצי שנה לפסיכולוג ציבורי או עומד בפקקים כי פרויקט המטרו מתעכב, משלם את "אובדן הרווחה" בזמן ובאיכות חיים.
החוב השחור של המחר: החלק הארי של אותם 35,000 שקלים לנפש שולם למעשה על ידי... הלוואה. הממשלה זינקה בגירעון (יחס החוב-תוצר טיפס ל-68.5%) כדי לממן את הפער. הציבור הרחב עדיין לא שילם את רוב הסכום, אלא לקח "משכנתא לאומית" דרך משרד האוצר. את החשבון המדמם הזה – קרן ועוד ריביות עתק של מיליארדים – ישלם האזרח בשנים הבאות, דרך העלאות מיסים (כפי שכבר החלו ב-2025 עם העלאת המע"מ ל-18% והקפאת מדרגות המס) ודרך קיצוצים כואבים עתידיים.
סיכום: האשליה הסטטיסטית והמציאות ברחוב
ניתוח "אובדן הרווחה" של בנק ישראל הוא מסמך אזהרה חריף נגד אופוריית המספרים הכלליים. הוא מוכיח כיצד צמיחה כלכלית בזמן מלחמה היא פעמים רבות תעתוע ראייה החשבונאי. מתחת למספרים המקרו-כלכליים שמצביעים על חוסן לאומי והמשך בנייה וייצור ביטחוני, מסתתרת שחיקה דרמטית ועמוקה ברמת החיים האזרחית.
המשק הישראלי, קובע הבנק, אולי שרד את המלחמה מבחינה מערכתית, אך האזרח הישראלי יצא ממנה עני יותר, שחוק יותר, ועם משקולת חובות היסטורית שתלווה אותו בעשור הקרוב.

But corners were cut with a change in the manufacturing process between the original that was tested in clinical trials and what was rolled out globally. Impurities have been found with the use of Process 2 including DNA fragments and plasmid DNA that contains SV40 promoter/enhancer sequences. Assays of DNA contamination that were used have been shown to underestimate contamination due to RNA:DNA hybrids”.

There is some misinformation in this @sciam article👇
1- “Extensive research has shown that the snippet of mRNA enters cells but not the cell nucleus” — there is no nucleus during mitosis of dividing cells and so cytoplasmic material mixes with the chromosomes.
2- “mRNA is easily broken down by the body. Humans ingest mRNA all the time from the food we eat, but our digestive system deactivates it” — the mRNA vaccines use pseudouridine-modified mRNA to stabilize the RNA so it isn’t broken down easily. That was a breakthrough that won the Nobel Prize a few years ago. However, it also meant that with the mRNA vaccines, the dose, biodistribution, and persistence in the human body were unknown and have not yet controlled.
3- Data emerged for persistence of COVID mRNA vaccines for over 2 years, not a few hours or days as stated “the mRNA remains for hours or, at most, a few days before a specialized enzyme breaks it down.”
4- The COVID mRNA vaccine “side effects are short-lived and far less serious than an infection,” is inaccurate when one considers numerous side effects such as myocarditis, coagulopathy, neuro-inflammation among others. Post-vaccine syndrome and long-Covid have much in common.
5- “some evidence suggests having more side effects may be associated with a stronger immune response” is misleading as after 4 shots there is IgG4 class switching that has been associated with worse outcomes. For patients with cancer, COVID mRNA vaccination increases PD-L1 expression which is an immune evasion mechanism that is tumor-promoting. While there is some evidence that subsequent treatment with cancer immunotherapy holds promise, the underlying mechanism of synergy can be induced by other agents that actually have anti-tumor efficacy. mRNA vaccines on their own do not have anti-tumor efficacy and the increase in PD-L1 they cause in existing cancers is tumor promoting.

There has not been informed consent or liability for mRNA vaccines despite much that has been reported.
It is clear that individuals have varying risk towards any illness and so 6 years later, paying attention to individualized risk and personalized recommendations makes sense. More studies documenting forensic evidence in those with adverse outcomes is needed along with more basic research to further investigate disease mechanisms.
I have written about the need for informed consent from the point of view of cancer risk. It doesn’t mean the risk is high or that anyone whose physician feels would benefit from a COVID mRNA vaccine shouldn’t get it and have it covered by insurance.

There should be a balance in informing the public that I found lopsided in this article.
