Ausgangspunkt nahm er - was viele vielleicht wundert - in Deutschland. Heute vor 11 Jahren urteilte das Landgericht Köln, dass die #Beschneidung männlicher Kinder eine Körperverletzung darstellt. Eigentlich eine Selbstverständlichkeit.
Doch der Bundestag beschloss daraufhin eine Beschneidungserlaubnis für Jungen (§ 1631d BGB). Seitdem dürfen Jungen ohne med. Indikation in Dtl an ihrer körperlichen Unversehrtheit auf Wunsch ihrer Eltern geschädigt werden.
Bei keinem Thema ist die Wort-Taten-Schere in Dtl so unerträglich wie bei dem Thema #Kinderschutz.
Regelmäßig versagen politische Verantwortliche, Medien, aber auch die Zivilgesellschaft als Ganzes, wenn es um den Schutz der Schwächsten geht.
Bei den abertausende klerikalen Missbrauchsfällen vertuschte die Kirche systematisch die Taten und der Staat schaute weg.
Durch die offensichtlich unverhältnismäßigen #Schulschließungen wurden unrettbar unzählige (Bildungs-)biographien von KuJ unnötig zerstört, und ein erhöhtes Risiko für psychische Erkrankungen und häusliche Gewalt geschaffen.
Besonders laut ist das Schweigen der Gesellschaft, vor allem vieler Medien, seit Jahren in Bezug auf das Unrecht, das jedes Jahr zahlreiche Kinder erdulden müssen. Die körperliche Unversehrtheit von Jungen wird den weltanschaulichen Interessen ihrer Eltern geopfert. 2023 im weltanschaulich-neutralen Staat Deutschland.
