Bestätigung des prozessbedingten Unterschieds auch vom Hersteller selbst: Die vorläufigen Charakterisierungsdaten zu isolierten fragmentierten Spezies deuten darauf hin, dass diese überwiegend die 5'-Cap enthalten, aber das Poly(A)-Ende fehlt, was die Hypothese stützt, dass die meisten Fragmente aus vorzeitiger Termination stammen würden.
Die von der EMA selbst geforderte klinische Brücken-Kohorte

Was also auch im Ergebnis mit der sog. Codonoptimierung über den Prozess2 geschah ist nur insoweit bekannt, dass 45% dieses Stoffs nicht den Integritätskriterien für die Kodierung entsprachen.
Möglicherweise wissen nicht alle, was eine "Codonoptimierung" ist. Bestimmte Nukleotide lassen sich in der RNA, vergleichbar wie in Schreibschrift lang und ausführlich beschreiben. Für jede der Langbeschreibungsketten, kann stattdessen auch über die Neukombination von Nukleotiden eine Kurzfassung dessen mit substantiell weniger Nukleotiden genutzt werden, um das Gleich zu beschreiben unter Beibehaltung oder möglicherweise sogar der "Optimierung" des funktionalen Ergebnisses. Bedenklich ist ein Arzneimittel nicht erst dann, wenn sich die Gefahr im Schaden realisiert hat, sondern wenn erkannte Gefahren sichtbar - auch von der EMA angesprochen - vorhanden sind, die zwingend einer Abklärung vor Markteinführung bedürfen.
