Against the background of increasing turbulence, accompanied by an erosion of treaties and agreements in the areas of arms control, disarmament and non-proliferation, as well as increasing risks of a new arms race and escalation of conflicts, the task of preserving and strengthening the NPT becomes particularly important.
Our states assume the unshakable principle that nuclear war must never be unleashed.
